تهدف الدراسة إلى استخراج الأحكام الشرعية الخاصة بأعمال الصيانة في عقد الإجارة من أقوال وفتاوى أصحاب المذاهب الأربعة وذلك بتعريف مصطلحات البحث، وعرض الأقوال الخاصة بمحل البحث، وتحليلها، وقد انتهى البحث إلى أن الصيانة الجوهرية من التزامات المؤجر ولا يمكن تحميلها على المؤجر، وأنّ الصيانة التشغيلية من التزامات المستأجر. The purpose of the study was to extract the legal provisions concerning the maintenance work from the Fatwa and opinions of the four doctrines holders , By defining search rms and displaying and analyzing sentences on the research sections The investigation concludes that the main maintenance is the obligation of the lessor and cannot be charged to the lessor, and the operation and maintenance is the obligation of the lessee
