    أوضاع القبائل ا لبدوية في منطقة وادي سوف خلال الفترةالاستعمارية

    Abstrct: The study on this sabject aims to shed light on the general conditions of the Rabaya tribe in Eloued during the coloial period (1830-1962). The problem centred on the socio-economic, cultural and political situation of the tribe beginning with an introductory chapter in which the geographicaland historical framework if the region was highlighted, explaining the nature of the climate and the origin of the population. Chapter I addresses the social situation highlighting its historical roots and stability in a region of souf as its characteristics, living and health standards, its most important customs and traditions. Chapter I dealt with its economic situation: grazing, ranching, palm, farming, trading, and some traditional crafts. The third chapter touched om the cultural status of the tribe, highlighting, some models of the tribe elders who had an effective role in education, some of the tombs and shrines of the tribe, elder figure in education, some poets of the folk poetry and traditional games for the people of the Bedouin. Chapter IV examined the political situation of the tribe, highlighting their role in popular resistance, as well as their activity in the national movement of the Associationof Muslim Scholars and the Movement for the Triumph of Democratic Liberties and then the private organization, which reflected their contribution to the freedom revolution and the fight in several bettles within the region. The conclusion contained a set of results reached through this work. The Supplements included a series of documents and photographs that are important in clarifying some of the points of research.
