This study aims to highlight the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) as one of the most important tools for measuring global performance, especially as it is considered the first global standard for preparing sustainability reports in the world, and organizations can use them regardless of their size, location or sector. The study concluded that the reports of the Global Initiative (GRI) reflect the results of measuring the social and environmental contributions of the company, as they provide companies with a common language for measuring and disclosing their global performance to all stakeholders, so campanies can maximize shareholder value and provide the best service to customers in the context of contributing to social development and environmental preservation.
