    آليات حماية الحريّات الأساسيّة بين التّشريع الجزائري والمواثيق الدّولية

    إنّ حماية حقوق الإنسان والحريات العامّة مسألة داخلية بالأساس فرغم وجود حماية دولية للإنسان وحرياته الأساسية يظلّ تحقيق هذه الحماية منوطا بتطبيقها على الصعيد الداخلي، ونهدف من خلال هذه الورقة إلى مناقشة أهم آليات حماية الحريات الأساسيّة والتي تكفلها الدساتير والقوانين الوطنية، عن طريق ضمانات دستورية وضمانات قانونية، كما تلعب اللّجان سواء الوطنيّة أو الدولية دورا كبيرا في حماية هذه الحريات. Abstract: Protecting the human rights and public freedoms is an internal issue. Despite of the International protection of the human person to protect these rights, though they are needed to be implemented internally. In this paper, we aim at discussing the most important guarantees given by the Algerian constitutions and laws to protect these fundamental freedoms. Also we have the national and the international committees which play a great role in protecting these rights.
