The questionnaire was used as a study tool, which was distributed to a sample of clients of tourist agencies in the state of Ouargla, and the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS)V20 program was used in the treatment . The study concluded that the application of the tourism agencies under study to manage the relationship with customers works and contributes to the revitalization of the tourism market
