    مبادئ العلاقات الدولية في الإسلام في ظل المتغيرات المعاصرة

    يتميز فقه السياسة الشرعية بشموليته في تنظيم جميع أنواع ومستويات العلاقات السياسية؛ سواء ما تعلق منها بعلاقة الدولة بأفرادها ورعاياها، أو ما كان من علاقات الدولة بغيرها من الدول، ومما يتميز به كذلك أنه تأسس على مبادئ وقواعد تحفظ مقاصده وأصوله؛ من خلال الجمع بين ميزتي الثبات والمرونة، وقد مر التاريخ الدولي بمراحل عديدة منذ عصور العلاقات الدولية التقليدية وصولا إلى عصر القانون الدولي الحديث، ولا تزال المتغيرات على الساحة الدولية تتجدد، تبعا لتغيرات موازين القوة بين الدول المتصارعة والمتنافسة على زعامة العالم. وتسعى هذه الدراسة لكشف تأثير التغيرات الدولية المعاصرة على قواعد العلاقات الدولية في ضوء مبادئ الشريعة الإسلامية. Abstract: Jurisprudence of the Islamic legal politics is characterized by its inclusiveness in regulating all types and levels of relations, whether it relates to State's relationship with its citizens, or to its relations with other States. It is also characterized by the fact that it is founded on priciples and rules that preserve its purposes, combining the advantages of persistence and flixibily. International history has gone through many steps, from times of traditional international relations, to the time of modern international law, And international changes continue to evole. This study seeks to uncover the impact of contemporary international changes on the norms of international relations in the ligh of the principles of Islam law
