    فاعلية برامج التكوين أثناء الخدمة في تلبية الاحتياجات التكوينية

    تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مدى فاعلية برامج التكوين أثناء الخدمة في تلبية الاحتياجات التكوينية لأساتذة المرحلة الابتدائية من وجهة نظرهم بدائرة قصر الصبيحي ولاية أم البواقي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم جمع البيانات باستخدام الاستبيان من عينة شملت20 أستاذا موزعين على مدرستين. وقد أسفرت النتائج على أن برامج التكوين أثناء الخدمة فعالة في تلبية الاحتياجات التكوينية للأساتذة في كل من المجالات التالية: المعارف والمفاهيم النظرية، التخطيط للدرس، تنفيذ الدرس، إدارة الصف والتعامل مع التلاميذ والتقويم. كما بينت الدراسة وجود فروق دالة في مدى فعالية برامج التكوين اثناء الخدمة في تلبية الاحتياجات التكوينية للأساتذة بين المجالات الخمسة. Abstract: The current study aims to explore the extent to which in-service training programs are effective in meeting primary school teachers’ training needs through their point of view, The study included a sample of 20 teachers working in Kasr Al-Sabihi district, Oum El Bouaghi state. The data were collected using a questionnaire including 5 domains of competencies. Results showed that in-service training programs are effective in meeting primary school teachers’ training needs in the following domains: knowledge and theoretical concepts, lesson planning, lesson plan execution, class management, and assessment. There were also significant differences in fulfilling training needs between the 5 domains.
