    الإمتيازات الفرنسية بسواحل الشرق الجزائري خلال الفترة العثمانية 1520م-1827م

    France is one of the European countries that has been able to have good and friendly relations with the Sultans of the High Door, which explains its early acquisition of trade concessions from the Ottoman presence to the Algerian east coasts, however, these trade privileges passed through the tidal stages with the Turkish rulers of Algeria, depending on the nature of the relations that France and Algeria had between the sixteenth and nineteenth centuries and were characterized by instability . تعتبر فرنسا من الدول الأوربية التي استطاعت أن تربط علاقات حسنة وودية مع سلاطين الباب العالي , وهو ما يفسر حصولها على إمتيازات تجارية في وقت مبكرمن الوجود العثماني بالساحل الشرقي الجزائري (ساحل عنابة والقالة),غير أن هذه الإمتيازات التجارية مرت بمراحل مد وجزر مع حكام الجزائر الأتراك , وذلك تبعا لطبيعة العلاقات التي كانت تربط فرنسا والجزائر طيلة الفترة بين القرنين السادس عشر والتاسع عشر والتي ميزها عدم الإستقراروالتوتر ما أدى للتأزم والقطيعة بين البلدين سنة 1827م .
