Item الاستهداف الممول عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي كآلية تسويقية لجذب العملاء للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة(جامعة الوادي University of Eloued, 2021-06-30) سلامي, منيرة; بن السايح, يسرى; تابعي, مروةThe purpose of this study is to try to identify the role of targeting funded through Social Media Facebook in client targeting for small and medium businesses ; For that, We have studied a case in the Beba School entreprise, using intervew and questionnaire tools. 251 individuals were targeted by an e-questionnaire across the organization's site, where it was analyzed using SPSS V23. The study reached a number of results, which are: SMEs' awareness of the increasing importance of social media as a reference for information that helps in marketing and targeting customers by monitoring their opinions and recognizing their aspirations through participation and comments, which contributes to attracting more potential customers; Funded targeting also attracts a large number of customers at the lowest cost, reflecting on the rationalization of marketing expenses in a way that is tailored to the specificity of SME's.
