    Abstract : The emergence and development of information and communication technology has resulted in what is known as e-commerce, which has become of great importance due to the advantages it provides, including the ease of completing operations and the diversity and expansion of the market scope. The increasing importance of e-commerce results in several legal problems, the most serious of which is the infringement of consumer rights and the protection of their security in terms of information and money. This has led to the need to provide criminal protection for the electronic consumer. Accordingly, many countries, including Algeria, have moved to provide objective and procedural criminal protection in this area, as the Algerian legislator seeks to issue a law regulating e-commerce, which includes many criminal penalties that are applied to the electronic supplier in the event of his breach of the obligations imposed on him in this area and when infringing on consumer rights. Through this intervention, we will try to highlight the most important crimes that the legislator has created in the field of e-commerce, to finally highlight the most important shortcomings in this project and present proposals in this area.

    Childhood is considered the cornerstone of the future of society, but at the same time it is the weakest segment in it, so comparative legal systems have paid great attention to this category, especially in the modern era, by providing the necessary legal protection for this category, especially children who are at risk or delinquency, as well as refugee children fleeing the scourge of wars, by ensuring that they enjoy the protection guaranteed by national law based primarily on international treaties in this field. In unusual cases, the child may need more care, especially in the case of delinquency, as the Algerian legislator has approved special legal protection for the child in this case, and the manifestations of this protection are evident in the restrictions and warnings that accompany the judicial follow-up procedures for the delinquent child from the beginning of his arrest as a suspect for committing a crime until the trial, and the procedures that must be taken to protect this child, such as the necessity of placing him in special places for treatment and reform specified by the legislator. In this intervention, we study and analyze the legal guarantees approved by the Algerian legislator to protect the delinquent child during the stages of judicial follow-up.
