    نظرية الدولة قراءة نقدية مقارنة بين الفكر الإسلامي والفكر الغربي في ضوء نظرية ابن خلدون والنظرية الماركسية

    شغلت نظرية الدولة اهتمام كثيرين من مفكري وباحثي العلوم السياسية، حيث تعددت نظريات تفسير أصل نشأة الدولة، وشهدت البحوث في هذا الميدان كثيرًا من الاختلافات والخلافات، وفي هذا السياق تناقش هذه الورقة أهم إشكاليات التعامل مع نظرية الدولة، من حيث المفهوم، وأسباب نشأة الدولة، وأهم وظائفها، مع تناول أهم أسباب سقوط الدول، في ضوء قراءة عامة مقارنة بين كل من الفكر السياسي الإسلامي، والفكر السياسي الغربي، مع التركيز على نموذجين لاثنين من المفكرين داخل كل من المنظومتين الفكريتين، هما ابن خلدون كمفكر إسلامي، وكارل ماركس كمفكر غربي state theory occupied the attention of many thinkers and scholars of political science, where there were many theories explain the origin of the emergence of the state, and the research in this field had seen many of the differences and disagreements, in this context This paper discuss the most problematic to deal with the state theory, in terms of concept, and the reasons for the emergence of the state the most important functions farther than the main reasons for the fall of the nations, in the light of the general comparison reading between both the Islamic political thought and Western political thought, with a focus on two models of two thinkers within each of the two thinking systems, they are Ibn Khaldoun as an Islamic thinker and Karl Marx as a western thinker.
