Abstract: This scientific paper aims to identify the consequences of the phenomenon of
urbanization on the Algerian family. The family is the first institution to consist of any
society. The Algerian family is characterized by a pattern and characteristics that
distinguish it from others. The phenomenon of urbanization has created and introduced
several extraneous changes in the Algerian family.
This scientific contribution is therefore an attempt to investigate the consequences of
urbanization
