    يحاول هذا المقال البحث في موضوع مهم من مواضيع الوقف هو انتهاء الوقف.حيث يتعرض لمناقشة الأساليب والحالات التي تفضي إلى انتهاء الأوقاف وتمييزه عن البطلان من خلال التعرض لما جاء به المشرع الجزائري في قانون الأوقاف مقارنة بما ورد في تشريعات الأوقاف بالدول الإسلامية الأخرى في الموضوع،دون أن نغفل الاستعانة بما جاء به الأئمة والفقهاء فيما يخص انتهاء الوقف.والهدف من ذلك كله هو مراجعة النصوص القانونية الجزائرية التي تخص الموضوع ومحاولة إبداء ملاحظات تفضي إلى تحسينها وتطويرها. This article is an attempt to examin a subject between the main subjects of waqf ,the end of waqf .It discusses the methods and situations that lead to the end of endowments and to distinguish it from a disability by exposure to what has been brought By the Algerian legislator in law of endowments compared to the report by lawmakers and other Islamic countries in the matter, without neglecting the role of imams and scholars concerning the end of the Aloagaf.oagv Of all is to review the Algerian legal texts pertaining to the subject and try to make observations which may lead to improvement and development.
