This research paper studies the future dimensions for changing the economic international policy in light of the fluctuations and the crises. It tries to predict the fate of the economic blocs under the globalization that represented totalitarian holist dimensions in the image of a general pattern which is not completed till now, as a compound Process of Change which implies a group of variables that represented some challenges on the countries and the economic blocs .Through drawing clear paths for the change of the next events under what the world witnesses from tensions and crises according to objective data and an intellectual treatment with holist bases and foundations, these findings and hypotheses gather in a marked research paper under the theme : An anticipatory consideration of the economic blocs’ future in the era of the globalization from a Holism viewpoint.
