    تأثير حوكمة الموارد المائية على تحقيق تنمية زراعية صحراوية مستدامة

    هدفت هذه الدراسة لمحاولة البحث في العلاقة بين الحوكمة المائية وتأثيرها على تحقيق تنمية زراعية صحراوية مستدامة، وقد استخدمت هذه الدراسة المنهج الكيفي، حيث تم استخدام المقابلة البحثية مع عينة قصدية من المبحوثين المتمثلين في مجموعة من إطارات المؤسسات المعنية بالدراسة بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من الفلاحين من مختلف مناطق ولاية الوادي. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: عدم وجود اهتمام كبير للمحافظة على الثروة المائية من طرف الفلاحين، كما اتضح أن هناك حاجة ملحة إلى تضافر الجهود والعمل المنسق بين جميع الشركاء والمتدخلين في مجال الموارد المائية حتى ينعكس ذلك على تحقيق التنمية الزراعية الصحراوية المستدامة وبالتالي تحسين الأمن الغذائي. This study aimed to explore the relationship between water governance and its impact on achieving sustainable agricultural development in desert areas. A qualitative approach was adopted, relying on research interviews conducted with a purposive sample consisting of officials from institutions relevant to the study, as well as farmers from different regions of El Oued Province. The study revealed several key findings, most notably a lack of significant effort among farmers to preserve water resources. It also highlighted the urgent need for coordinated efforts and collaboration among all stakeholders involved in water resource management to achieve sustainable agricultural development in desert areas and, in turn, enhance food security
