    ظاهرة العنف ضد الزوجة في الأسرة الجزائرية الممتدة من منظور اجتماعي قانوني

    ملخص: من أجل الإحاطة الفعلية بأشكال ومصادر العنف الموجه ضد الزوجة، وانطلاقا من وجهة نظر تحليلية اجتماعية قانونية تعتمد على حالات واقعية اجتماعية تفاعلية، واستنادا إلى مقابلات مع زوجات معنفات، وبالموازاة مع قراءة للقوانين ذات الصلة بهذه الظاهرة، جاءت هذه الدراسة لتبلور تصور متكامل لجملة حلول ناجعة لظاهرة العنف الموجه ضد الزوجة في الاسرة الجزائرية الممتدة من خلال منظور اجتماعي وقانوني . Abstract : This article aimed to address in a detailed and integrated way the forms and sources of the violence against wife, in vision based on a socio-legal point of view, through an interactive social reality. So, we used an interview with exiled wives, in parallel reading the laws related to this phenomenon. In order to actually inform the problem under study from various aspects, in order to develop an integrated solution of this phenomenon through a social and legal point of view.
