    الطّرق الوديّة لتسوية منازعات العمل الجماعيّة

    وضع المشرّع في حالة حدوث نزاع بين ربّ العمل والعامل العديد من الوسائل لفكّ النزاع وإيجاد الحلول المناسبة للمشاكل المطروحة، من بين أهمّ هذه الطّرق لتسوية منازعات العمل الجماعيّة نجد الطرق الوديّة, هذه الأخيرة تسبق الطّريق القضائي الذي يُحيل النزاع لاختصاص جهة القضاء. تتناول هذه الدّراسة الطّرق الوديّة لتسوية منازعات العمل الجماعية, ومختلف الأحكام القانونية المتعلّقة بها. Abstract: To decode the conflict between the employer and the worker, the legislator has several means to solve the problem and find appropriate solutions, one of the most important ways to resolve collective labor disputes, we find amicable ways. These precede the judicial way witch submit the conflict to the jurisdiction of the judiciary. This study focuses on amicable means of resolving collective labor conflicts, and various legal provisions relating thereto.
