    مستوى التوافق المهني لأساتذة التعليم المتوسط في ظل محددات المناخ التنظيمي السائدة في المؤسسة التربوية

    ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مستوى التوافق المهني لأساتذة التعليم المتوسط من خلال محددات المناخ التنظيمي السائدة وتماشيا مع طبيعة الموضوع المدروس تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات من الميدان حيث تم تصميمه من طرف الباحث بهدف قياس العلاقة بين جودة المناخ التنظيمي وتوافق الأساتذة مهنيا شملت عينة الدراسة 210 أستاذ وأستاذة من مقاطعة الرباح ولاية الوادي تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية منتظمة.لقد أثبتت نتائج هذه الدراسة أن مستوى التوافق المهني والمناخ التنظيمي بأبعاده القيادة الإدارية والحوافز والظروف المادية الفيزيقية وعلاقات وزملاء العمل منخفض. Abstract: This study aimed to identify the level of teachers professional compatibility according the prevailing organizational climate determinants in accordance with the nature of the subject studied, The descriptive approach and the questionnaire were used as a tool for collecting data as it was designed by the researcher aiming at measuring the level of organizational climate for the teachers, The study was administered to 210 teachers who were chosen randomly from Robbah District Wilaya of El-Oued The findings of the study showed that the level of professional compatibility and the organizational climate were low.
