    علاقة العدالة التنظيمية بسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية دراسة ميدانية مؤسسة اتصلات الجزائر الوادي

    "هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى علاقة بين العدالة التنظيمية وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية داخل اتصالات الجزائر مع تحديد قوة العلاقة التي تربط بين أبعاد العدالة التنظيمية وسلوك المواطنة التظيمية، ولتأكد من صحة الفرضيات قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة من موظفين اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي، حيث قدرت ب ( 50 ) موظفا، قياس العدالة التنظيمية وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج كما يلي: أشارت النتائج توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين مستوى أبعاد العدالة التنظيمية وسلوك المواطنة لدى موظفي المؤسسة محل الدراسة، كما بينت نتائج الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في تصور أفراد عينة الدراسة حول العدالة التنظيمية وسلوك المواطنة بحيث تعزى هذه الفروق الى متغيرات شخصية والوظيفية (الجنس، العمر، المستوى التعليمي، وسنوات الخبرة) حسب اجابات عينة الدراسة. ""The study aimed to identify the level of relationship between organizational justice and the behavior of organizational citizenship within Algeria Telecom, with determining the strength of the relationship that links the dimensions of organizational justice and the behavior of organizational citizenship, and to ensure the validity of the hypotheses, we conducted a field study on a sample of employees of Algeria Telecom in the Valley, where it was estimated by ( 50) employees, measuring organizational justice. The study reached the following results: The results indicated that there is a statistically significant relationship between the level of dimensions of organizational justice and citizenship behavior among the employees of the institution under study. gender, age, educational level, and years of experience) according to the answers of the study sample.
