    درجة ممارسة أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لمهارات التدريس الفعال

    هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لمهارات التدريس الفعال في ظل المناهج الحديثة من وجهة نظر الأساتذة أنفسهم، وكذا تحديد الفروق في درجة ممارسة مهارات التدريس تبعا لمتغيري الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 58 أستاذ اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية، واعتمدت الدراسة على استبيان أعده الباحثون يتكون من 33 فقرة تشمل درجة ممارسة مهارات التدريس الفعال، وتمت معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري، واختبار (ت) وتحليل التباين الأحادي، وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لمهارات التدريس الفعال في ظل المناهج الحديثة جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، ووجود فروق في درجة ممارسة أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لمهارات التدريس الفعال بالنسبة لعامل الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي. Abstract: The current study aimed to identify the degree of the practice physical education teachers for the skills of teaching under in the modern methodology and their relationship to some variables, experience and scientific qualification, the study sample consisted of 58 teachers. They were randomly selected, the study was based on a questionnaire prepared by the researchers consisting of 33 paragraphs including degree of practice teaching skills, The results showed that the degree of the practice physical education teachers for the skills of teaching came to a large extent, and the existence of differences in the degree of practice of teaching skills and experience, scientific qualification.
