Abstract
سعت هذا الورقة البحثية إلى معرفة تأثير وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي كأحد أهم منابر الاعلام الجديد على الممارسة الاعلامية التقليدية في تغطيتها للحراك الشعبي بالجزائر، من إخلال إبراز مفهوم الاعلام الجديد وخصائصه، ومميزات شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي من الناحية الإعلامية وبروز صحافة المواطن وتأثيرها على وسائل الاعلام التقليدية، إضافة إلى وضع توصيات حول التحديات المترتبة عن هته الأخيرة في مواجهة ومواكبة التطورات على مستوى الاعلام والاتصال، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مميزات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ساهمت في تعبئة وحشد الرأي العام حول أهداف مشتركة من أجل التغيير السياسي والاجتماعي كما ساعدت وسائل الاعلام التقليدية على التحرر نسبيا من الضغوط الخارجية في تعاطيها للحراك الشعبي، وتوصلت الدراسة أيضا إلى أن هناك تكامل وتفاعل بين منصات التواصل الاجتماعي ووسائل الاعلام التقليدية.
وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة توفير بيئة مناسبة للعمل الصحفي من خلال تحيين القوانين الحالية والعمل على تكثيف الدورات التدريبية للصحفيين للتعامل مع تكنولوجيات الاعلام والاتصال وإلتزامهم بالأخلاقيات المهنية عن ممارسة أنشطتهم على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
Abstract:
This paper sought to identify the impact of social media as one of the most important new media on media practice, in its coverage of the popular movement in Algeria, bringing out the concept of the new media and its characteristics, and the advantages of social media networks in terms of media and the emergence of citizen journalism and their impact on traditional media, In addition to making recommendations on the challenges arising from the latter in the face and keep abreast of developments in the level of media and communication, The study found that the advantages of social media contributed to mobilizing public opinion on common goals for political and social change and also helped the traditional media to be relatively free from external pressures in dealing with the popular movement, and the study also found that there is integration and interaction between social media and traditional media
The study recommended the need to provide a suitable environment for the work of journalism by updating the current laws and work to intensify training courses for journalists to deal with information and communication technologies and their commitment to professional ethics about the exercise of their activities on social media.
