Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على اثر الاندماج المصرفي على ربحية البنوك الاردنية، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال استخدام الاستبانة التي تم توزيعها على عينة من العاملين في البنوك الاردنية بلغت (150) موظفا وموظفة، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج، من أهمها وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة ( 0.05 = α للاندماج المصرفي على الاداء المالي و نسبة الربحية ونسبة السيولة في البنوك الاردنية، واوصت الدراسة بضرورة توجه البنوك الصغيرة الى الاندماج لتشكيل وحدات مصرفية كبيرة قادرة على المنافسة اقليميا وعالميا ، كما توصي البنك المركزي بوضع الاجراءات التي تشجع البنوك الصغيرة على الاندماج كتهيئة المناخ المناسب ومنح البنوك بعض المحفزات للاندماج The study aimed to identify merge impact on Jordanian banks profitability. The study used the descriptive
analytical approach through using the questionnaire which was distributed to a sample of employees in
Jordanian banks amounteing (150) employee., The study concluded that there is statistically significant
impact at (α= 0.05 ) of merge on banking financial performance , profitability ratio and liquidity ratio.
The study recommended that there is for small banks to merge to form large banking units to be
competitive regionally and globally, and also recommends that the central bank has to set measures that
encourage small banks for mergeing and to provide the proper right climate and to grant banks some
incentives to merge
