| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة ب ان العلاقة بین الال ات التي تمارسها المعارضة في البرلمان الجزائر والمتمثلة في لجان الرقا ة، الأسئلة الشفو ة والكتاب ة، الاستجواب واقتراح القوانین، و ین الأداء الوظ في للمؤسسة البرلمان ة أ عاده الأر عة المتمثلة في السلطة التشر ع ة، وظ فة الرقا ة، الوظ فة المال ة و التأثیر في الرأ العام، انطلاقا من تساؤل رئ سي مفاده هل توجد علاقة ارت اط ة ذات دلالة إحصائ ة بین ال ات المعارضة والأداء الوظ في للمؤسسة البرلمان ة في البرلمان الجزائر لعهدة 2017-2012 ووضع افتراض رئ سي مفاده توجد علاقة ارت اط ة ذات دلالة إحصائ ة بین الال ات التي تمارسها المعارضة في البرلمان الجزائر والأداء الوظ في للمؤسسة التشر ع ة. وتماش ا مع طب عة واهداف موضوع الدراسة التي أق مت غرض تب ان واقع الأداء الوظ في للبرلمان الجزائر وعلاقته ما تسلكه المعارضة في تمثیلها الن ابي من ال ات ممارسة في المجلس التشر عي، فقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي لجمع المعلومات وتصن فها وتحلیلها ومعالجتها احصائ ا عن طر برنامج الحزم الإحصائ ة للعلوم الاجتماع ة SPSS وقد تم تطبی ذلك على نواب المعارضة الذین مثلون مجتمع الدراسة وقد قمنا مسح شامل له معتمدین عل أداة الاستمارة للحصول على الب انات بدقة وتم التوصل الى النتائج التال ة: لا توجد علاقة ارت اط ة ذات دلالة إحصائ ة بین لجان الرقا ة التي تؤسسها المعارضة والأداء الوظ في للبرلمان. توجد علاقة ارت اط ة ذات دلالة إحصائ ة بین م ة الأسئلة الشفو ة والكتاب ة التي تطرحها المعارضة و ین الأداء الوظ في للمؤسسة التشر ع ة. توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائ ة بین عمل ة الاستجواب والأداء الوظ في للبرلمان. توجد علاقة ارت اط ة ذات دلالة إحصائ ة بین حجم القوانین المقترحة من طرف نواب المعارضة و ین الأداء الوظ في للمؤسسة البرلمان ة. ب Abstract The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between the mechanisms used by the opposition in the Algerian Parliament which are represented by the oversight committees, Oral and written questions, Questioning and proposing laws and the performance of the parliamentary institution with its four dimensions: Legislative power, oversight function, financial function and influence of public opinion. Based on a major question: Is there a significant correlation between the mechanisms of opposition and the functioning of the parliamentary institution in the Algerian parliament? 2012- 2017. we assumed a main point that there is a significant correlation between the mechanisms that used by the opposition in the Algerian parliament and the performance of the legislative institution. In addition, with the nature and objectives of the subject of the study which were held to clarify the performance status of the Algerian Parliament and its relationship with the opposition's representation in the parliament of the mechanisms that it is used in the Legislative Council, We used descriptive methods to collect, classify and analyze information and processed statistically through the SPSS program. This was applied to the opposition deputies representing the study community. We conducted a comprehensive survey based on the questionnaire tool to obtain the data accurately. The following results were obtained: There is no significant correlation between the monitoring committees established by the opposition and the performance of the parliament. | en_US |
