| dc.description.abstract | إن الاهتمام بالسياسة النقدية وتسليط الضوء عليها من خلال الدراسات التي تعمل على فك أسرارها وتشابكها مع المتغيرات الاقتصادية، بدأ خلال القرن العشرين وعلى أثر أزمة الكساد العالمي أو ما يعرف بأزمة (1929)، لكن أدبيات الاقتصاد تؤكد أن هذا المصطلح ظهر قبل هذا التأريخ وتحديدا يعود إلى القرن التاسع عشر أين عرف مصطلح السياسة النقدية. وترتبط درجة تأثير هذه السياسة في النشاط الاقتصادي بمفهوم غاية في الأهمية وهو فعالية السياسة النقدية ومدى استجابة التغيرات الاقتصادية الأخرى لتغيرات العرض النقدي أو بمعنى آخر كيفية انتقال آثار السياسة النقدية إلى النشاط الاقتصادي وما هي القنوات والآليات التي تساعد على ذلك وهذا ما سنتناوله بشيء من التفصيل. The interest in monetary policy began during the twentieth century as a result of the global recession crisis or what is known as a crisis (1929), but the literature of the economy confirms that the term appeared before this date. It dates back to the 19th century. The impact of this policy on economic activity is linked to a concept of great importance, and the extent of response to other economic changes to changes in money supply.
