Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين المشروع الشخصي والنضج المهني لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط.
وبالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي تم إجراء الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 32 تلميذ وتلميذة من السنة الرابعة متوسط للموسم الدراسي 2018/2019 بمتوسطة بوعنان العيد بن بوليف بجامعة.
وباستخدام مقياس النضج المهني ل"حورية تارزولت" ومقياس الاختيار الدراسي المبني على أساس مشاريع مستقبلية المعد من طرف "مشري سلاف" كأدوات لجمع البيانات، وبالاعتماد على الأساليب الإحصائية المتمثلة في اختبار"ت" لدلالة الفروق بين المتوسطات ومعامل الارتباط "بيرسون" واختبار " تحليل التباين" تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية:
- توجد علاقة دالة إحصائياٍ بين المشروع الشخصي والنضج المهني لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط.
- عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في النضج المهني لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط باختلاف الجنس(ذكور/إناث).
- توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في النضج المهني لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط باختلاف السن(14/15/16).
- عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في المشروع الشخصي لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط باختلاف الشعبة (جدع مشترك علوم/جدع مشترك آداب).
Study Summary
The aim of this study was to reveal the relationship between the personal project and the professional maturity of fourth year student.
Based on the descriptive approach the study was conducted on a sample of 32 students and students of the fourth year 2019/2018 with the average of "BunanEidibnBulif".
Using the "Tarzolt's" Maturity Scale and the Future_Based Study Scale prepared by "MushriSelaf" as data collection tools relying on the statistical methods of T-test to denote the differences between tge averages and pearson correlation coefficient and the test The analysis of the "variance" analysis yielded the following results
-There was a statistically significant relation between the personal project and the professional maturity of the fourth year students.
-There were no statistically significant differences in the fourth year of average by sxs(male/female).
There were statistically significant differences in the maturation of the average fourth year students by age(14/15/16).
The re were no statistically significant differences in the personal project among the average fourth year students according to the division.
The study ended with a set of recommendations and suggestions
