Item التصورات العلمية للفلسفة الديكارتية(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2020-12) سعيدي, عبد الفتاحلقد لعب الكوجيتو الديكارتي دوراً مرموقاً في تأسيس ظاهرة العلم الحديث، فابتداء من النهضة الأوروبية المعاصرة قام ديكارت بثورة انقلابية على المنهج ذي الطبيعة الانطولوجية لفهم ظواهر العالم الخارجي: حيث لا يجب البحث عن اليقين داخل الأشياء في حد ذاتها، كما كان فلاسفة العالم القديم يعتقدون، إذ يجب البحث عنه-بشكل مختلف- في الأفكار الواضحة المتميزة، في الحقائق الواضحة للحدس الخالص. ونتيجة لهذا فقد ساعدت هذه الابستمولوجيا العلم كثيراً لكي يأخذ لنفسه الطريق الصحيح. نحاول في هذا المقال استخلاص بعض النقاط المهمة للفلسفة الديكارتية في ميلاد العلم الحديث Le cogito cartésien a joué un rôle très prépondérant dans la constitution de la science moderne, a partir de la renaissance moderne, Descartes a bouleversé carrément la méthode de nature ontologique de la compréhension des phénomènes du monde extérieur: il ne faut pas chercher la certitude dans les choses en soi, comme les philosophes du monde classique ont cru, il faut la chercher autrement dans les idées claires et distinctes, dans les claires vérités de l'intuition pur. Par conséquent cet épistémologie a bien aidée la science à se mettre dans la bonne voie. on essaie dans cette dissertation à dégager certains points d'importance de la philosophie cartésienne dans la naissance de la science moderneItem مظاهر الاكتئاب عند المرأة المصابة بالسرطان(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2020-12) عامر, نورة; جلول, أحمديشهد العصر الحالي تغيرات عدة وفي شتى المجالات أثّرت على حياة الفرد سواء بالإيجاب أو بالسلب من بين هذه الآثار انتشار وكثرة الأمراض ومنها وضع اصطلاح "أمراض العصر" كالسكري، أمراض القلب، قرحة المعدة، التهاب المفاصل، وكذا السرطان هذا الأخير يصنف كمرض نفسو- جسدي يخلف آثار جسدية ونفسية على المريض وبالأخص سرطان الثدي الذي يعد النوع الأكثر انتشارا خاصة لدى المرأة. و نظرا لصعوبة تقبل وتجاوز التصورات حول المرض والبروتوكولات العلاجية الكثيرة، تنبثق على إثرها أمراض وإضرابات نفسية مختلفة الشدة تؤثر على العملية العلاجية ككل، لذا نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية أن نركز على أكثر اضطرابات الملحوظة لدى السيدات المصابات بالسرطان ألاَ وهو تناذر الاكتئاب، كما نحاول التعرف على أهم الأعراض والمؤشرات التي تؤدي إلى الوصول لتشخيص سليم ونتطرق بالنقاش الى أهم المقاربات العلاجية المستعملة في العلاج وتخفيف من حدة تلك الأعراض The present age is characterized by many changes in different areas that have affected the life of the individual, whether in a positive or negative way. Among these effects, the spread of many diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease and cancer which is classified among psychosomatic diseases with physical and psychological effects on the patient including breast cancer, which is the most common type, especially in women. Due to the difficulty in accepting and overcoming perceptions about the disease and the many treatment protocols, the emergence of many illnesses and psychological disorders of different intensity has affected the therapeutic process as a whole. The paper also aims at how to promote the tourism sector and make it a platform for economic, social and cultural developmentItem جودة التعليم العالي في ظل حوكمة الجامعات(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2020-12) الأشهب, عبد السلام; لوحيدي, فوزيعتبر حوكمة الجامعات من بين الأساليب الإدارية الحديثة التي لجأت إليها الجامعات لضمان جودة التعليم العالي، فهي تهدف إلى الرقي بجودة الخدمات التي تقدمها، وقد زاد الاهتمام بتبني حوكمة الجامعات بعد تطور نظم التعليم المعتمدة وكذا تطور في معايير تصنيف الجامعات دوليا. وتهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى معرفة واقع حوكمة الجامعات ودورها في ضمان جودة التعليم العالي في الجزائر, وأيضا الإشارة إلى مجمل العراقيل التي تواجه الجامعات عند تطبيق الحوكمة، وكذا السبل الكفيلة أو المعتمدة لتفعيل هذا الأسلوب مستقبلاItem التكوين الجامعي وعلاقته بكفاءة الأستاذ في المؤسسة التربوية(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2020-12) ذياب, سليمة; بوترعة, بلالتمحورت هذه الورقة البحثية حول هدف أساسي هو: معرفة مدى مساعدة التكوين الجامعي على جعل الأستاذ كفء وفعال في وظيفته بالمؤسسة التربوية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة. وقد استعملت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، والاستبيان لجمع البيانات؛ واكتفت الدراسة بعينة تكونت من (60) أستاذ وأستاذة يعمل في مؤسسه تربوية في أحد الأطوار التعليمية الثلاث بولاية– الوادي- الجزائر، ونظرا لأهداف الدراسة فقد تمّ استخدام عينة القصدية، وكان ذلك في الفترة الممتدة (من 01 مارس 2019 الى01 ماي 2019)، وأما الأساليب الإحصائية المستخدمة اقتصرت على النسبة المئوية. أسفرت النتائج العملية لهذه الدراسة أن النسبة الكبير من الأساتذة تعتقد أن على الوزارة الفاعلة إعادة النظر في توظيف الأساتذة على أساس شهادة ليسانس وهذا لتجويد المخرجات، وربما تعتبر هذه السياسية توظيفية اجحاف في حق أصحاب الشهادات العليا This research paper focused on a basic goal: to know the extent to which university training helps to make the professor efficient and effective in his job in the educational institution from the professors ’point of view. The study used the descriptive method and questionnaire to collect data. The study was satisfied with a sample consisting of (60) professors working in an educational institution in one of the three educational phases in the wilaya of-El-Oued-Algeria, and in view of the objectives of the study, the intentionality sample was used, and that was during the extended period (from 01 March 2019 to 01 May 2019). The statistical methods used were limited to the percentage. The practical results of this study revealed that the large percentage of professors believe that the effective ministry should reconsider the employment of professors on the basis of a bachelor’s degree, and this is to improve the outputs, and this policy may be considered an employment prejudice to holders of higher degreeItem التربية على المواطنة كإستراتيجية لتعزيز الهوية لدى المراهقين والشباب(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2020-12) قنوعة, عبد اللطيف; بنين, ابتسامتعد قضية الهوية من أكثر القضايا التي تطرح نفسها بقوة على الساحة الفكرية في وقتنا الراهن وتحديدا مع بداية العقد الأخير من القرن العشرين حيث بدأت الهوية تطرح نفسها بوصفها السؤال الأكثر حساسية وأهمية في ظل صراع الحضارات أو الثقافات وغياب القيم الأمر الذي يجعل الفرد مغتربا عن ذاته وعن مجتمعه ويضعف دافعيته للعمل من جهة، ويفقد المجتمع كيانه وهويته وتنصهر أصالته فيعقب ذلك تشتت واغتراب افراده من جهة اخرى لذلك هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور التربية على المواطنة في تنمية وتعزيز الهوية لدى الأجيال القادمة من خلال مختلف مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية خاصة على مستوى المدرسة The identity is one of the most pressing issue on the intellectual scene in the world, especially at the beginning of the last decade of the twentieth century. It began to pose itself as the most sensitive and important question in the conflict of civilizations or cultures and the absence of values which make the individual alienated from himself and his community, also they weaken his motivation to work in one hand. The society loses its identity and its originality is fused which followed by dispersion and alienation of its members in the other hand. This stage begins with the search for self and identity. The previous stages needed more love and containment than the emergence of his or her social identity. Through experimenting with the possible roles allowed for the individual to choose the identity that fits with this adolescent while the formation of social identity through social relations and interaction with the social processes of that community, which results in learning how to distinguish between them and others from Where similarities and social differences between them. This is why this research was conducted to study the identity crisis (the identity / social) of the adolescent medic, because of the importance of this group within the community while exploiting its abilities and skills in stabilizing the identity of this society
