Item واقع الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2020-08) حمي, سليمهدفت الدراسة الحالية الكشف عن واقع الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي، وعما إذا كانت هناك فروق في مستوى الأداء تعود إلى الجنس أو الخبرة المهنية. وقد جرت الدراسة بمدينة الوادي للسنة الدراسية (2017/2018) حيث تكونت العينة من (95) أستاذ وأستاذة. استخدمت الدراسة مقياس الأداء الوظيفي(أنور أبو موسى ويحي كلاب).حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أغلب أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي لديهم مستوى متوسط في الأداء الوظيفي، وأن أداء الذكور أكثر من أداء الإناث، وأن الأساتذة الأقل خبرة لهم أداء أعلى من الأساتذة الأكثر خبرة The current study aimed to reveal the reality of the job performance of primary school teachersand whether there are differences in the level of performance due to sex or professional experience. The study took place in Wadi City for the academic year (2017/2018), where the sample was from(95) professors and professors. High performance of The most experienced professors.Item كفاءة الأستاذ وعلاقتها بجودة العملية التعليمية. - دراسة ميدانية لعينة من الطلبة بجامعة باتنة(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2020-08) جلول, أحمد; بشقة, عز الدينلا يختلف اثنان في صحة تكامل القواعد الأساسية الثلاث " المعلم – المتعلم- المنهاج" في ترسيخ أهداف المناهج التربوية وتحقيق الأهداف المسطرة من خلالها بداية من المراحل الأولى للتعلم إلى غاية أكبر مرحلة قد يصل إليها طالب العلم، و إن كان التركيز متصل في الأبحاث التربوية و التعليمية بالمراحل الأولى على الأحداث و علاقتهم بتقمص الشخصية المتزنة لدى المعلم منذ الطفولة حتى سن المراهقة إلا أن هناك من الدراسات التي تناولت أثر الفعل التربوي التعليمي للأستاذ الجامعي و أثره على استقرار النظام القيمي لدى طلبة الجامعة تكاد تشح تحت ذريعة تجاوزهم سن المراهقة. فالانتقادات الموجهة نحو هذا الاتجاه تتخذ من الخلل الحاصل بين المرتبة العلمية والمستوى الاجتماعي لدى هذا النخبة (الأستاذ الجامعي) و شذوذه عن القيم المعرفية و الاجتماعية قاعدة للتهرب من الضوابط الاجتماعية والأخلاقية بدعوى أن الفئة لا تمثلها أحسن تمثيل و بالتالي لا جدوى من الإقتداء بها. ومن أجل الوصول إلى استجلاء هذه الإشكالية واستكشاف المحددات المشكلة للفعل التربوي التعليمي لدى الأستاذ الجامعي وعلاقتها بالجودة التعليمية، جاءت هذه الدراسة لتجيب على فرضيات تتعلق بأثر ركائز الفعل التربوي التعليمي الفعال من كفاءة معرفية وسلوكية وأدائية من أجل تجويد الفعل الديداكتيكي لما له من علاقة مباشرة بالجودة التعليمية Firstly, There is no difference in the validity of the integration of the three basic rules of "teacher - learner - curriculum" in the consolidation of the objectives of educational curricula and achieve the objectives set through it from the early stages of learning to the greatest stage may reach the student science, if the focus is connected to education a research and education in the first stages on events and their relation to the characterization of the balanced character of the teacher from childhood to adolescence, however there are studies that dealt with the impact of the educational action of the university professor and its impact on the stability of the value system of university students almost under the pretext of over the age of adolescence. Finally, In order to arrive at the clarification of this problem and to explore the determinants of the educational and education al behavior of the university professor and its relation to educational quality, this study is based on hypotheses related to the effect of the pillars of the educational act of effective educational efficiency of cognitive, behavioral and performance in order to improve the act didactics because of its direct relationship Educational qualityItem دور الإعلام التربوي كآلية في توجيه وإرشاد المتمدرسين بالمؤسسات التعليمية(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2020-08) مبني, نورالدين; قامون, سميةفي ظل ما أملته مقتضيات التغير من تحولات عميقة في شتى مجالات الحياة، أضحى المجتمع بحاجة ماسة لمختلف خدمات التوجيه و الإرشاد التي من شأنها المساهمة وبشكل فعال في تحقيق التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي والمهني لكل شرائح المجتمع. الأمر الذي دفع وبقوة جميع المؤسسات التعليمية لان تتخذ من عمليات التوجيه والإرشاد مجالا أصيلا في برامجها، حيث تم بلورت الإعلام التربوي كأحد أهم الخيارات الإستراتيجية التي تم اعتمادها في توجيه و إرشاد المتمدرسين، إدراكا منها بما يحظى به الإعلام التربوي من أهمية. وتأسيسا على ما تقدم فإننا نطمح من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على الإعلام التربوي، محاولين بذلك الكشف عن الأدوار التي يلعبها كآلية في توجيه وإرشاد المتمدرسين بالمؤسسات التعليمية life, society has become in dire need of various guidance and instruction services that will contribute effectively to achieving psychological, social and professional compatibility for all segments of society. To what extent can a theoretical link between what is and what is applied in favor of this categoryItem الانسحاب الاجتماعي عند المراهق الفاقد لوالديه من خلال اختبار رسم الشخص لماكوفر : دراسة حالة(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2020-08) بلخير, فايزةهدفت الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف على ظهور الانسحاب الاجتماعي عند المراهق الفاقد لوالديه بسبب وفاة (الاب او الام) وايضا التعرف على المؤشرات النفسية التي تدل على ظهور الانسحاب الاجتماعي من خلال اختبار رسم الشخص ، وبعد تطبيق هذا الاختبار لماكوفر على ثلاث حالات عيادية فقدت احد الوالدين بالوفاة ، المتراوح سنها ما بين 15 -18 سنة، فأظهرت النتائج ظهور الانسحاب الاجتماعي عند الحالات الثلاثة ، وظهور مؤشرات نفسية تدل على الانسحاب الاجتماعي على اختبار رسم الشخص كقلة التفاصيل والخط الباهت وتأخير رسم اليدين او الراس ورسمها اما ضعيفة او بطريقة ممتدة مستقيمة : The current study aimed to identify the emergence of social withdrawal when the teenager wastage due to the death of his parents (father or mother) and also identify psychological indicators that indicate the emergence of social withdrawal through test draw a person, after applying this test makover on three clinical cases lost A parent's death, band, age between 15 -18 year, the results showed the emergence of social withdrawal when the three cases, the appearance of psychic indicators show social withdrawal test draw person as a lack of details and the Dim line and delayed draw hands or head, drawn either weak or extended way Straight forward
