Item قضايا الأقليات المسلمة في أوروبا من خلال فكر الدكتور يوسف القرضاوي(جامعة الوادي university of eloued, 2023) خيرة, جباري; تركي, مروةتحاول هذه الدراسة أن تطلع القارئ على بعض المشكلات والتّحديات التي تعانيها الأقليات المسلمة في المجتمعات الأوروبية ومعالجة القرضاوي لها وذلك من خلال مؤلفاته وبرامجه ، ولقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا لهذا الموضوع على المنهج الوصفي موضحين بذلك شخصية الدكتور يوسف القرضاوي ، وتعريف الأقلية المسلمة ، ثم تطرقنا لبعض القضايا التي تناولها القرضاوي مبينين موقفه منها وصولا للأثار المترتبة عنها خاتمين لذلك ببعض النتائج والتوصيات The major purpose from this study is informing the reader about some problems and challenges which the Muslims suffer about it in Europe, and Qardawi have treated with them through his writings and programs. we have relied in our study about this topic on the descriptive approach and explaining the personality of Dr. yusuf Qardawi, and we touched on some of the issues addressed by Qardawi indicating his position on them up to the effects of advocacy and media resolting from them, and we concluded by some results and recommendationsItem التفسير المقارن لسورة البقرة من الآية 165 إلى 188.(جامعة الوادي university of eloued, 2023) أيوب, بحير" إن عنوان بحثي الموسوم بـ "" التفسير المقارن لسورة البقرة من الآية "" الخامسة والستين بعد المائة "" إلى الواحدة والثمانين بعد المائة ""يجيب عن سؤال مهم وهو: هل في سورة البقرة من الآية (165 إلى 181) مواضع اختُلف في تفسيرها تستحق الدراسة؟ وللإجابة على هذا السؤال قسمت بحثي إلى سبعة مباحث أدرس في كل مبحث الآية المختلف في تفسيرها بجمع الأقوال وأدلتها ومناقشتها أحيانا وبيان سبب الخلاف والقول الراجح. ثم خلصت إلى نتائج أهمها: اختلاف المفسرين في عدة آيات من سورة البقرة وخاصة الآيات المدروسة في هذا البحث راجع إلى اختلاف المدارك عند كثير من المفسرين، ووفور الدليل عند البعض وعدمه عند الآخر، ويرجع في بعضها إلى اختلاف عقائدهم ومذاهبهم. توصلت من خلال رسالتي – هذه – إلى وجود ستة عشر موضعا اختلف فيه المفسرون من الآية (165 إلى 181) من سورة البقرة. " The title of our research entitled “The Comparative Interpretation of Surah Al-Baqarah from the One Hundred and Sixty-fifth Verse to the One Hundred and Eighty-One” answers an important question, which is: Are there places in Surah Al-Baqarah from verse (165 to 181) in which there is a difference in interpretation: And to answer this question I divided my research into seven sections. In each section, I study the different verses in their interpretation by collecting statements and their evidence, discussing them sometimes, and explaining the reason for the disagreement and the most correct opinion. Then I concluded the most important results: The differences of the interpreters regarding several verses of Surat Al-Baqarah, especially the verses studied in this research, are due to the difference of perceptions of many interpreters, and the abundance of evidence for some and the lack of it for others, and in some of them it is due to the difference in their beliefs and sects. Through my thesis - I have found that there are sixteen places in which the commentators differed from verse (165 to 181) of Surat Al-Baqarah. "Item الأحاديث الواردة في حقوق العمال ومسؤولياتهم -نماذج مختارة-(جامعة الوادي university of eloued, 2023) أميمة, بن عمري"الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين. هذه مذكرة بعنوان: الأحاديث الواردة في حقوق العمال ومسؤولياتهم _نماذج مختارة_ تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى جمع الأحاديث التي تتناول موضوع حقوق العمال ومسؤولياتهم في كتب الحديث التسعة المشهورة وهي أمهات كتب الحديث. صحيح الإمام أبي عبد الله مد بن اسماعيل البخاري صحيح أبي الحسين مسلم بن الحجاج النيسابوري سنن الإمام أبي داود السجستاني سنن أبي عبد الرحمان أحمد بن شعيب النسائي سنن الإمام أبي عيسى الترمذي سنن الإمام محمد بن ماجه القزويني مسند الإمام أحمد بن حنبل موطأ الإمام مالك سنن أبو محمد الدارمي وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث بغية الوصول إلى أعلاه الالتزام بخطة البحث المتمثلة في التعريف بأهم المصطلحات والتعريفات التي سيتناولها البحث حقوق العمال وأهم المسؤوليات التي يتحلى بها العامل أثناء عمله ثم دراسة الأحاديث دراسة من الشقين شق يتناول الدراسة الإسنادية للحديث، وشق يتناول الدراسة المتنية والتي بدورها تتطرق إلى غريب الحديث ثم المعني الإجمال للحديث، ثم تعرج على أبرز الأحكام المستفادة من الحديث. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى حصر وجمع أهم الأحاديث التي تحتوي على حقوق العمال ومسؤولياتهم ودراستها دراسة معتصرة مفيدة. وصل الله وسلم على سيدنا وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين. Shih of imam Abi Abdullah hamad bin ismail Al-Bukhari Shih of Imam Abu Al-hussain muslim bin Al-hajjaj Al-nisaburi Sunan of imam Abi Dawood Al-sijistani Sunan of imam Abi Abdul Rahman Ahmed bin shuaib An-Nasa'i Sunan of imam Abi Issa Al-tirmidh Sunan of Imam Muhammad bni Majah al-Qazwini Sunan Abu Muhammad Aldarmi Musnad of Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal Muwatta of Imam Malik The nature of the research in order to reach the above required commitment to the research plan of the most important terms and definitions that will be addressed by the research workers' right and the most Important responsibilities of the worker during his work and then study of hadith study of the two parts part deals with the study of the attribution of the hadith and part deals with the study of the text which in turn touches on the strange hadith and then the overall meaning of the hadith and then zigzag on the most prominent provisions learned from the hadith This study concluded to inventory and collect the most important hadiths that contain workers' rights and responsibilities and study them in a useful contemporary study May Allah bless our master and all his family and companions "Item جهود الشّيخ القرضاوي في دعم القضية الفلسطينية(جامعة الوادي university of eloued, 2023) أميرة, بكري"لقد ارتبط اسم الشّيخ القرضاوي بالقضيّة الفلسطينيّة منذ النّشأة، وبذل جهدًا في إبرازها من خلال مؤلّفاته وكتاباته والترويج لها عن طريق البرامج الإعلاميّة والمؤتمرات العلميّة والفكريّة واللّقاءات العامّة والخاصّة، والإشكال الرئيسي لبحثي هذا: هل وفّق الشّيخ القرضاوي في إبراز صورة القضيّة الفلسطينيّة على حقيقتها؟ وما مدى نجاحه في جذب الرّأي العام العالمي والإسلامي نحوها؟ وللإجابة على ذلك عالجت هذا الموضوع في ثلاث مباحث كان أوّلها حول الظّروف السّياسية والاجتماعيّة والفكريّة التي ولد فيها الشّيخ القرضاوي، وفي ثانيها تناولت التّعريف بالقضيّة الفلسطينيّة، وكان ثالثها حول جهود الشّيخ القرضاوي في دعم القضيّة الفلسطينيّة. ومن نتائج هذا البحث: أثر البيئة المحيطة التي نشأ فيها الشّيخ القرضاوي في شخصيّته العلميّة والدّعويّة والإعلاميّة، ومدى ظهور ذلك في ارتباطه بالقضيّة الفلسطيّنيّة والتّرويج لها إعلاميًا، وأهمّ ما أُصِي به كون البحث ما زال يحتاج إلى توسّع وترتيب لجهود الشّيخ في القضيّة؛ فعلى الرُّغم من ترتيبه قبل وفاته لتراثه العلمي؛ إلا أنّه لا بدّ من جهد المتخصّص إعلاميّا لإبراز هذا الجانب. "Item الداعية عمر عبد الفتاح التلمساني الجزائري (1904-1986م) وجهوده الاصلاحية(جامعة الوادي university of eloued, 2023) اكرام, جوادي; سليمة, مجورلعبت الشخصيات الدعوية منذ نشأة الإسلام دورا كبيرا وهاما في تحقيق مبادئ الإسلام ونشره عبر الزمان والمكان ولم يخلو زمن من أن يطالعنا برجال ونساء حملوا لواء الدعوة إلى الله,ولعل الداعية عمر عبد الفتاح التلمساني أحد هذه الشخصيات الدعوية الذي ينتمي إلى الدعوة المعاصرة وأحد أفراد جماعة الإخوان المسلمين التي لها أثر بالغ في مجال الدعوة الإسلامية المعاصرة,ومنها جاءت هذه الدراسة"الداعية عمر عبد الفتاح التلمساني الجزائري1904_1986م وجهوده الإصلاحية"والتي تطرح الإشكال الآتي: من هو الداعية عمر عبد الفتاح التلمساني وما هي جهوده الإصلاحية؟"Since islam's inception,advocacy figures have played a significant and important role in the realization of the principles of islam disseminating it through time and space and not without time to be seen by men and women who held the brigade of prayer to god. "Item تفسير سورة البقرة تفسيرا مقارناً من الآية [ 189- 221 ](جامعة الوادي university of eloued, 2023) عبد الرحمان, بن على"عنوان هذا البحث"" التفسير المقارن لسورة البقرة من الآية "" التاسعة والثمانون بعد المئة"" إلى الآية ""الواحدة والعشرون بعد المئتين""، فهو عبارة عن تطبيق للخطوات المعتمدة في التفسير المقارن من جمع للأقوال التفسيرية المختلفة اختلافا معتبرا في الموضع الواحد من الآية وعزوها إلى أصحابها، وبيان أدلتهم ثم تحرير محل النزاع للوصول إلى القول الراجح منها، وقد توصلت إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: _اختلاف المفسرين في تفسير عدة آيات من سورة البقرة وذلك راجع لعدم وجود أدلة صريحة أو وجودها عند البعض وانعدامها عند الآخر . _اختلاف الفهوم في تفسير الموضع الواحد. وقد وقفت في هذا البحث على تفسير ثمانية مواضع رأيت أنها مختلفة اختلافا معتبرا وفسرتها تفسيرا مقارنا. We have reached a number of results, the most important of which is: that the imam had a significant interest in the purposes of the Prophet’s Sunnah, as it is important through achieving the interests of the people in this world and the Hereafter, and approving the legal rulings, and his call. "Item مهارات الإتصال الإقناعي عند يوسف القرضاوي برنامج (الشريعة والحياة) أنموذجًا -دراسة تحليلية-(جامعة الوادي university of eloued, 2023) إكرام, حريز عبدالقادر; رانية, وقادي"تمحورت إشكالية دراستنا حول: "" مهارات الإتصال الإقناعي عند يوسف القرضاوي""، حيث أجرينا دراسة تحليلية لعينة من حلقات برنامج الشريعة والحياة الذي يبث على قناة الجزيرة، وسعت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مهارات الإتصال الإقناعي التي وظفها القرضاوي في برنامجه وذلك من خلال التعرف على الموضوعات التي تطرق لها من حيث طبيعتها ونوعها، بالإضافة إلى بيان الأساليب الإقناعية والمؤثرات السمعية البصرية المعتمدة في البرنامج، وكانت إشكالية دراستنا ب: ماهي المهارات الإقناعية التي اِمتلكها يوسف القرضاوي في برنامجه التلفزي (الشريعة والحياة) ليكون مفكرًا عالميًا؟ ودراستُنا تمت على مستويين: نظري وذلك بمحاولة معرفة معلومات حول موضوع الدراسة، والتطبيقي اِستخدمنا إستمارة تحليل مضمون كأداة لجمع البيانات اللازمة وتحليلها قصد الوصول إلى نتائج كافية ثم تطبيقها على عينة من حلقات البرنامج التي بلغ عددها عشرة (10) حلقات، وبناءً عليه اِستعملنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. حيث أظهرت النتائج أن القرضاوي أعطى إهتمامًا كبيرًا بمواضيع الفقه والعقيدة أكثر من المواضيع الأخرى من خلال حلقات برنامجه، فقد إحتلت الفقه المرتبة الأولى بنسبة 22.22%، كما تلتها مواضيع العقيدة بنسبة 18.93%، أما أساليب صياغة المضامين فقد تنوعت وتعددت وجاءت الأساليب العاطفية والعقلية في المواضيع الفقهية بنسبة27.5 %التي كانت في المرتبة الأولى، وأيضًا نسبة أساليب الأدلة والشواهد في الفقه قدرت ب25.54%، كما بينت النتائج إهتمام القائم بالإتصال بلغة الجسد والصوت بشكل غير مبالغ فيه لدى المشاهد ويجعله يتقبل الأفكار بسلاسة ويسر، وقد توصلنا في الأخير إلى أن مهارات الإتصال تجلت في خطاب القائم بالإتصال بشكل واضح، مما يؤكد أن القرضاوي يمتلك هذه المهارات المهمة التي يحتاجها الداعية. ""The problem of our study revolved around: ""The Persuasive Communication Skills of Yusuf Al-Qaradawi"", where we conducted an analytical study of a sample of the episodes of the Sharia and Life program broadcast on Al-Jazeera channel. Which he touched on in terms of its nature and type, in addition to clarifying the persuasive methods and audiovisual effects adopted in the program. Our study was carried out on two levels: theoretical, by trying to find out information about the subject of the study, and practical, through which we try to use content analysis as a tool to collect and analyze the necessary data in order to reach sufficient results and then apply them to a sample of the program’s episodes, which numbered ten (10) episodes, and accordingly we used Descriptive method. Where the results showed that Al-Qaradawi paid great attention to the topics of jurisprudence and belief more than other topics through the episodes of his program. jurisprudence by 27.5 %, which was in the first place, and also the percentage of methods of evidence and evidence in jurisprudence was estimated at 25.54%, and the results also showed the interest of the one who is communicating with body language and voice in a way that is not exaggerated, but in an aesthetic way that develops the taste of the viewer and makes him accept ideas smoothly and easily, and we have reached in the end The communication skills were clearly manifested in the communicator's speech, which confirms that Al-Qaradawi possesses these important skills that the preacher needs. "Item أثر الخطاب الدعوي عند الشيخ أبي عبد السلام في الدعوة إلى التماسك الإجتماعي -من خلال حصة هلا سألوا-(جامعة الوادي university of eloued, 2023) ابتسام, بن عمارة"بعد تناولنا في هذه الدراسة خطاب الشيخ أبي عبد السلام من خلال برنامج ""هلاَ سألوا""، وهدفنا التعريف بهذا الشيخ ومعرفة الأسلوب الذي استخدمه وكذا معرفة المواضيع التي ركز عليها، واتبعنا في دراستنا المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، وقد كان نوع دراستنا دراسة تحليلية، نوصي الباحثين بدراسة مثل هذه المواضيع، وفي الأخير نستخلص نتيجة عامة وهي أن للشيخ أبي عبد السلام دورا هاما في الدعوة إلى الله، وقد كانت جل خطاباته في مجال الفقه. "The advocacy discourse has an important role in the spread of Islam, and each preacher and sheikh has his own style. In this study, we have dealt with the speech of Sheikh Abi Abd al-Salam, and our goal is to introduce this sheikh and know the method he used, as well as to know the topics he focused on. Our study is an analytical study, we recommend researchers to study such topics, and in the end we draw a general conclusion, which is that Sheikh Abi Abd al-Salam played an important role in calling to God, and most of his speeches were in the field of jurisprudence. "Item أجناس العلل في "تهذيب سنن أبي داود لابن قيم الجوزية" -نماذج مختارة-(جامعة الوادي university of eloued, 2023) قرفي, عمارهتعالج هذه المذكرة موضوع أجناس العلل الواردة في "تهذيب سنن أبي داود" لابن قيم الجوزية، والتي من خلالها نتعرف على مدى إسهامات هذا الإمام في ميدان العلل والنقد الحديثي عموما، فاخترنا نماذج معينة من الأحاديث تتبعنا وصنفنا أجناس العلل التي نستشفها من خلال معالجة المؤلف للحديث، كالتعليل بالتفرد أو الاضطراب وغيرها من الأجناس. This memorandum addresses the topic of the types of defects found in "Tahdhib Sunan Abi Dawood" by Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya. Through this, we can understand the contributions of this Imam in the field of hadith criticism (al-'Ilal) and examination, in general. We have selected specific examples of hadiths and classified the types of defects (al-'Ilal) that we deduce from the author's treatment of the hadith, such as the defect of singularity or confusion, and other types.Item توجيه ظواهر الرسم عند الامام القرطبي في كتابه الجامع لأحكام القرآن دراسة تحليلية(جامعة الوادي university of eloued, 2023) تابعي, عبد الكريم; محمدي, طارقجاء بحثنا تحت عنوان توجيه ظواهر الرسم عند الإمام القرطبي في كتابه الجامع لأحكام القرآن دراسة تحليلية ،وهو يحاول إبراز منهج الإمام القرطبي في توجيهه لظواهر الرسم القرآني ، وقد حاولنا إيضاح ذلك عبر أربعة مباحث ،تكلمنا في أول ثلاثة منها عن مداخل تخدم الموضوع ،فعرفنا الرسم ومتعلقاته ،ثم توجيه الرسم ومنهج العلماء فيه ،ثم التعريف بصاحب الكتاب ،وخصصنا المبحث الأخير للدراسة التطبيقية ، فاستقرأنا الكتاب محاولين تحليل المواضع التي لها صلة بموضوعنا ،فعرضنا كلامه عن الخلافات بين المصاحف العثمانية مما ترتب عليه خلاف بين القراء العشرة ،ثم تعرضنا لمتفرقات ، ثم عرضنا النتائج التي على رأسها عدم تصريح الإمام بتوجيه الرسم ، وأن ما يمكن اعتباره توجيها جاء في خضم توجيهه للخلاف بين القراء ، ثم ختمنا ."Our research came under the title of directing the phenomena of drawing with Imam Al-Qurtubi in his book The Comprehensive of the Rulings of the Qur’an, an analytical study, and he tries to highlight the approach of Imam Al-Qurtubi in directing the phenomena of Quranic drawing. It relates to it, then directing the drawing and the methodology of scholars in it, then introducing the author of the book, and we devoted the last topic to applied study, so we read the book trying to analyze the places that are related to our subject, so we presented his words about the differences between the Ottoman Qur’ans, which resulted in a disagreement among the ten readers, then we exposed to miscellaneous, Then we presented the results, on top of which the imam did not declare directing the drawing, and that what could be considered a directive came in the midst of directing the dispute between the readers, then we concluded. We have touched on only four flags and studied their biography, efforts and the effects they left behind.Item توجيه قراءة الإمام نافع عند ابن عطية في تفسير من خلال سورتي المائدة والأنعام(جامعة الوادي university of eloued, 2023) عطية, كنزةيتناول هذا البحث الحديث عن توجيه قراءة الإمام نافع عند ابن عطية في تفسيره من خلال سورتي المائدة والأنعام وذلك في ثلاث مباحث: الأول ذكرت فيه التعريف بمصطلحات العنوان. المبحث الثاني ذكرتُ فيه منهجه في عرض القراءات وتوجيهها، عزو ابن عطية للقراءات بنسبتها إلى أصحابها والثالث مصادره في توجيه القراءات. وأما المبحث الثالث ذكرت فيه بعض النماذج التطبيقية من سورتي المائدة والأنعام حسب ما وجهها الإمام ابن عطية، والتي بينتها حسب موارد توجيه القراءات. وخلُصتُ في هذا البحث إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: تنوع منهج ابن عطية في عرض وعزو وتوجيه القراءات.
