Item منهج الأنبياء في بيان عقيدة التوحيد من خلال سورة هود(جامعة الوادي university of eloued, 2014) مكي, ماريا; وادات, منى; عطر, نصيرةلا ريب أن منيج الأنبياء ىو المنيج القويم والأمثل في الدعوة إلى وحدانية ا﵀، فقد خاطب الرسل الك ا رم عمييم السلبم عقول ووجدان أقواميم لإثبات ىذه العقيدة، وقد تناولنا في د ا رستنا ىذه سورة ىود، التي تبين ىذا المنيج ولما لو من أىمية يجب عمى المؤمن معرفتيا لمعمل بيا وقت الحاجة، فعقيدة التوحيد كانت أساس دعوة الرسل. وقد سمك الأنبياء عمييم السلبم منيجاً فطرياً ومنيجاً عقمياً لإثبات ىذه العقيدة. فدعوا أقواميم بأسموب الترغيب والترىيب، لين الكمم وأسموب التحدي كما دعوىم لمتفكر في ممكوت ا﵀، وذكروىم بنعمو التي لا تعد ولا تحصى، كما استخدموا الجدل والحوار لإثبات التوحيد بالحجج والب ا رىين الدالة عميو. The wisdom of sending messengers statement is the correct approach in the call to the oneness of God argument on people who are the Day of Resurrection.Item منهج الاستنباط من القرآن عند الإمام الطبري من خلال تفسيره – جامع البيان- -سورة البقرة نموذج-(جامعة الوادي university of eloued, 2014) زيد, مريم; تي., مفيدة; شاوش., زينبتناولت الد ا رسة في ىذه الرسالة موضوع منيج الإمام ابن جرير الطبري في الاستنباط من خلال سورة البقرة، ىادفة إلى استخلاص ود ا رسة القواعد والأسس والاستنباطات التي بنى عمييا الطبري تفسيره والذي ميزه عن غيره وذلك باىتمامو بسبر أغوار الأقوال التي ينقميا ويبين عمميا ثم ترجيحيا وغيرىا من الخطوات التي أضافت إضافات كبيرة عمى تفسيره واستحق بو الثناء، و لذا فيذا البحث يتعرض لذكر لمحة موجزة عن حياة إمام المفسرين أبي جعفر، مع أبرز محطات حياتو، وتضمن ىذا البحث أيضا التعريف بتفسيره الشيير – جامع البيان – الذي لم يظير قبمو تفسير أكبر ولا أجمع ولا أوثق منو، حتى وصفو العمماء – بأنو لم يصنف أحد مثمو – ويندرج تحت ىذا التعريف أبرز الفروع من وصف الكتاب وثناء العمماء عميو، ومنيج الإمام فيو وغيره.... ، إضافة لمتعريف بمصطمحات البحث الاستنباط والتفسير مع إب ا رز الفروق بينيما. ويركز ىذا البحث عمى استخ ا رج بعض استنباطات الإمام الطبري من خلال تفسيره من أجل الكشف عن منيجو في الاستنباط من القرآن الكريم ومعرفة قواعده التي بنى عمييا اجتياده والتي وافقت شر وط الاستنباط وتنقسم إلى شروط خاصة بالمستنبط، وشروط خاصة بالمعنى المستنبط ، وما يندرج تحتيا من شروط فرعية، أو من ناحية أقسامو والتي تنقسم بحسب الموضوع، واستخ ا رج ما استنبط الطبري في ىذا الفن من استنباطات عقدية أو فقيية أو أصولية أو لغوية، أو باعتبار صحة الاستنباط أو بطلانو، إضافة إلى اعتبار ظيور نص المستنبط وخفائو، يضاف إليو اعتبار الإف ا رد والتركيب ومن ناحية طرق الاستنباط من القرآن فغن عمم أصول الفقو رسم المناىج لطرق الاستنباط من النصوص ومن بين الطرق التي تعرضنا ليا في ىذا البحث:دلالة الإشارة، النص، المفيوم، ودلالة العام والخاص، ثم خاتمة تحمل أىم النتائج والتوصيات. Abstract This study discusses the approach followed by imamqurtobi to extract the shariahjudgments from al-Baqarah surah. The objective of our study is to show the order of procedures which imamqurtobi relied on to extract his judgments. We made the research in introduction and two parts; the first one is theoretical and the second is practical. Part one: it contains a biography of imamqurtobi definition of the extraction and the tafseer of Quran (Quran explanation)، and the conditions which guide the extracted judgment and its extractor Part two: it contains; sections of the extraction، and ways of extraction which were followed by imam qurtobi. This study focuses on the biography of Prophet Solomon -peace be upon him- And keep track of places in which he stated in the Quran, it also speaks in some detail about the positions of thanks to God Almighty for the blessings of it out, especially in the Valley of Ants, Making a spring of tar flow for him and placing the wind, the Jinn and Devils at his service, what happened between him and the Hoopoe and the Queen of Sheba. Ail these miracles were witnessed a clear manifestation of his power and his reign. Then unto their Lord they will be gathered). Perhaps one of the most important verses that handle this subject is the verse of ten rights : god says. (Worship Allah and associate nothing with Him, and to parents do good, and to relatives, orphans, the needy, the near neighbor, the neighbor farther away, the companion at your side, the traveler, and those whom your right hands possess. Indeed, Allah does not like those who are self-deluding and boastful).. Therefore the subject of our research was the studying of the ten rigths verse analytical and objective study for identifying its content and the most important issues dealt with . In the first section we interpreted the verse analytical interpretation consisting of the reason of the descent, the fact of naming ……… . On the other hand, the second section dealt with the objective study of the verse and the ten rights included in. This study discussed the definition of the right and its owner moreover, the aspects concerned by Quran in determining the right to its owner. For that reason, our work was to bring together the verses which have a relation with the handled issue afterwards, classify them objectively and review the commentators statements concerning these verses. But, your limitation to the number of pages was a prevention for us in giving the subject a deserved study. This made our work restricted. For example, in some rights we just mentioned the most important verses which determine the right to its owner and classify them without a stopover in the commentators statements concerning them.
