In this context, we focus on Islamic finance as a financial system that is keen to encourage innovation in its products. We tried to address the issue of financial innovation for Islamic banking and finance and to review the most important models of innovation in Islamic financial products. Finally, we concluded by identifying the reflection of the innovations of Islamic financial products on economic development.Item المناولة الصناعية كأداة لتنمية واستمرارية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2020-06-30) بحري, أميرة; بوعكاز, ايمانتهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى معرفة واقع المناولة الصناعية في الجزائر، وما مدى أهميتها لتطوير وتحسين واستمرارية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة؛ وذلك باعتبار أن مراكز المناولة هي إحدى أكبر الآليات الداعمة لهذه المؤسسات. وقد تم التوصل إلى أن المناولة الصناعية في الجزائر لم ترق بعد إلى المستوى المطلوب ولا الدور المتوقع على غرار الدول المجاورة، حيث لابد من اقحام مختلف المؤسسات ص. م في مختلف المجالات الصناعية على غرار صناعة الميكانيك وصناعة السيارات وصناعة الأدوات الكهرومنزلية ومختلف الصناعات المصنعة باعتبارها أكثر الصناعات رواجا وطلبا في السوق الجزائرية. This research paper aims to analyze the situation of the industrial outsourcing in Algeria, and the importance of the improvement and continuity of small and medium enterprises, as the outsourcing centers are one of the largest supporting mechanisms for these institutions. It concluded that industrial outsourcing in Algeria is still limited compared to neighboring countries. For this, small and medium enterprises must participate in various industrial fields such as mechanical industry, auto industry, the manufacture of electrical appliances, and the various manufacturing industries as the most popular industries in the Algerian market. That is why the SMEs should be involved in various industrial domains such as mechanical industry, The automobiles industry, the manufacture of electrical appliances and various manufactured industries as the most demanding industries in the algerian market.Item تحليل أداء سوق الأسهم لبورصة الجزائر خلال الفترة (2013-2019)(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2020-06-30) سعيدي, حنانيعتبر وجود بورصة متطورة قادرة على التخصيص الأمثل للموارد المالية أداة فعالة في انعاش الاقتصاد الوطني ونموه، لذا تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل مختلف مؤشرات الأداء في سوق الأسهم لبورصة الجزائر، من مؤشر رسملة البورصة، نشاط التداول وعدد الشركات المدرجة وهذا خلال الفترة (2013-2019) من أجل تحديد مدى تطور أداء هذه السوق لاسيما بورصة الجزائر ككل، ومدى تأثيرها على الاقتصاد الوطني. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن سوق الأسهم تعاني من ضعف في الأداء بسبب محدودية الشركات المدرجة فيها مع ضعف حجم المعاملات بها والذي انعكس بالسلب على أداء بورصة الجزائر بشكل عام، ما جعلها لا تؤدي دورها المنتظر في تعبئة الادخار القومي وتوجيهه نحو قنوات استثمارية التي تعمل على دعم الاقتصاد الوطني وزيادة معدلات نموه، لذا قمنا بتقديم بعض التوصيات التي تعتبر ضرورية لتفعيلها. The presence of a developed stock exchange capable to the optimal allocation of financial resources is an effective tool to reviving and growing the national economy, so this study aims to analyze the various performance indicators in the stock market for the Algiers Stock Exchange, represented by the market capitalization index, trading activity and the number of companies listed during the period 2013-2019 in order to determine the extent of development of this market including the Algiers Stock Exchange as all and its impact on the national economy. This study aims to clarify the organizational aspects of the financing method of participation in participatory banks and the extent of their potential and contribute to achieving the dimensions of economic and social development, by studying the participation contract in Morocco in accordance with Law No. 12-103. The study concluded that participatory banks contribute to achieving the economic dimension of sustainable development, through the advantages of participatory financing and its economic effects, as well as creating an appropriate social climate for the individual, and the participatory financing formula plays an important role in achieving social equality between individuals, despite the obstacles that prevent the achievement of the objectives of participatory banks.Item تطبيق الإدارة بالأهداف وعلاقتها بأداء العاملين بمنظمات الأعمال الليبية (دراسة ميدانية على شركتي الخليج العربي لتسويق النفط والنهر لتصنيع الأنابيب)(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2020-06-30) عبدالله الخفيفي, مبروكة; يوسف المنصوري, فاطمةتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة علاقة تطبيق الإدارة بالأهداف على أداء العاملين بمنظمات الأعمال الليبية، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من منظمات الأعمال الليبية والتي مقارها بمدينة بنغازي وقد تم تطبيق الدراسة على شركتي الخليج العربي والنهر لتصنيع الأنابيب، اختيرت منه عينة عشوائية طبقية قوامها (43) مديراً ورئيس قسم. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الإدارة بالأهداف بأبعادها الثلاثة كانت منخفضة المستوى، وكذلك مستوى أداء العاملين كان منخفض، كما أظهرت النتائج أن هناك علاقة موجبة لتطبيق الإدارة بالأهداف على أداء العاملين، كما توجد أيضاً علاقة ارتباطية بين أبعاد الإدارة بالأهداف وأداء العاملين في منظمات الأعمال الليبية. This study aims to know the relationship of the application of management with the objectives on the performance of workers in Libyan business organizations. The study population may be Libyan business organizations based in Benghazi. The study was applied to the Arabian Gulf and the river pipes manufacturing companies, from which a simple random sample of (43) administrators and head of department was selected. The study found that the level of management of the objectives in all three dimensions was low, as well as the level of performance of the staff was low level, the results showed that there is a positive relationship between the application of management and objectives on the performance of employees, and there is also a correlation between the dimensions of management with objectives and the performance of workers in Libyan business organizations
