Item تحليل الانتاج – دراسة حالة مركب صناعة الكوابل ببسكرة–(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2008-12-31) الحاج, عامريعتبر تحليل الإنتاج وسيلة فعالة لتجزئة نتيجة المؤسسة و الكشف على العناصر المؤثرة فيها قصد تحسينها. و يساعد المسير على اتخاذ قرارات و إجراءات تصحيحية لتشجيع كل ما هو ايجابي و القضاء على كل ما هو سلبي. لتوضيح أهمية تحليل الانتاج سنتطرق من خلال هذا المقال إلى تحليل الانتاج في مركب صناعة الكوابل بسكرة، و ذلك بالتعرض إلى الأسس النظرية لتحليل الانتاج إذ من خلال هذا العنصر نتطرق إلى مفهوم تحليل الانتاج، مؤشرات تحليل الانتاج، طرق تحليل الانتاج. ثم تحليل الانتاج بمركب صناعة الكوابل و ذلك بتحليل الانتاج باستخدام الطريقة المعممة و ذلك من خلال مقارنة الانتاج المخطط و المنجز خلال سنوات الدراسة و معرفة الانحرافات (التحليل الساكن)، و مقارنة الانتاج المنجز خلال سنوات الدراسة في ما بينها (التحليل الديناميكي).
