Item مكافحة الهجرة غير الشرعية من خلال تحقيق التنمية وتدوين قواعد جديدة للتعامل معها(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2019-06-30) كلاع, شريفةتبحث هذه الدراسة في إيجاد حلول للتقليل بشكل كبير على المدى القريب والطويل معا لظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية، والتي أصبحت مشكلة تعاني منها الدول الثلاثة المعنية بها: المصدر، المعبر والمقصد معا، ونظرا لحجم لتدفقاتها الكبيرة والتي أثرت بشكل بالغ على العلاقات الدولية، فإنه لا يمكن التغاضي عن إيجاد حل كفيل بالحد من تدفقها، مما يستدعي إيجاد مقاربة تعمد على معالجتها بدل التركيز فقط على الحلول الأمنية والسياسية والتي لم تغير في الأمر شيئا. وتم التوصل إلى أن الدول الثلاثة تستطيع التقليل من الهجرة غير الشرعية وذلك من خلال مكافحتها عن طريق تحقيق التنمية والمساعدة على تحقيقها في القارة الإفريقية، والعمل على تدوين قواعد جديدة للتعامل معها. ر الشرعة، تحقی، التنمة، التعامل معها.
