Item The Role Of Small And Medium Enterprises In Achieving Sustainable Development Of Drinking Water Purification(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2023-02-20) Ahmed, Maher; Sajid, NisreenSustainable development represents one of the effective approaches to evaluate performance improvement, as it represents a vital production of its requirements and the most effective element. Therefore, sustainable development is the essence of performance, and there is no performance improvement without sustainable development. The results indicated a lack of concern in the sustainable development process, which was reflected in the organization’s performance and the absence of coordination between administrations and environmental actors, in addition to poor environmental awareness among many social strata resulting in absence of a continuous environmental evaluation, down to the low level of environmental performance. It was also found that most of the enterprises owners are those whose ages range from 20 to 50 years, which indicated that the conducted enterprises are not constrained to a specific age. It is also found that marketing problems have achieved (3.236) with a relative weight of (64.7%) indicating the sample approval on-axis average. The statements' means ranged between (2.94-3.54) with relative weight (58.8%-70.8%) and those percentages showed the study sample's approval on the phrases in an average level concerning the marketing problems.Item الثورة الصناعية الرابعة كآلية لدافع وتعزيز التنويع الاقتصادي من اجل تنمية مستدامة شاملة في المغرب العربي(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2023-02-20) حميتي, نور الهدى; حملاوي, سكينةThe study aims to demonstrate the importance of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and its results in economic diversification. The study concluded that Algeria is among the largest countries in possessing renewable energy sources, especially solar energy, which qualifies it to be among the largest producers and exporters of clean energy. This research paper came in order to shed light on the industrial clusters as a mechanism for achieving economic diversification in Algeria in order to advance the dates sector by focusing and addressing the case study of the cluster of dates industry in the state of Biskra, especially since Algeria depends on the fuel sector and is characterized by the fragility of the agricultural sector, the industrial sector and the rest of the other sectors. Which made him suffer from economic dependency. Algeria is considered one of the countries that suffer from a deficit in its production apparatus, despite the fact that it possesses natural and human resources that qualify it to achieve great economic development, including the Algerian date sector as a natural resource, which gave Algeria an important position in the world as a result of the quality of date products, which led to its strengthening with an industry cluster. Dates that will be raised from this sector. The cluster of dates industry is an idea that is trying to be implemented in Biskra, so it must provide a suitable environment for it and be under the supervision of experts and must be supported in order to complete this project, which could be a strong and large cluster and one of the most important cluster experiences in Algeria due to the strong date market and its high quality
