Item الإعلام و دوره في التوعية الأمنية داخل المجتمع(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2018-12-31) دركي, إيمان; هويدي, عبد الباسطهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن "دور الإعلام في التوعية الأمنية داخل المجتمع"، و ذلك أن الإعلام وسيلة من وسائل التأثير الجماهيري التي لعبت دورا مهما في حياة المجتمعات الإنسانية ، تم توظيف المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و الذي يناسب طبيعة الموضوع، وقدرت عينة الدراسة ب60 أستاذا جامعيا من كلية العلوم الاجتماعية و الانسانية و التي تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية، كما تم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان كأداة مهمة لجمع البيانات من الميدان و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : ان للإعلام و طريقة التغطية و طبيعة البرامج المقدمة ومحاولة فتح قنوات الاتصال بين المؤسسات الأمنية و الإعلام له دور كبير في نشر و تحقيق التوعية الأمنية داخل المجتمع The aim of this study was to reveal the role of the media in the security awareness within the society. The media was one of the means of mass influence that played an important role in the life of human societies. The analytical descriptive method was used to suit the nature of the subject. A professor of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanity, which was randomly selected. The questionnaire was also used as an important tool for collecting data from the field. The study reached the following results: The media, the coverage, the nature of the programs presented, and the attempt to open channels of communication between the security institutions and the media have a great role in spreading and achieving security awareness within the community.Item مقاربة نظرية حول الإدارة الالكترونية(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2018-12-31) قوارح, أم الخيرمما لاشك فيه أن الممارسة التنظيمية اخذت في التغير بفعل ارتباطها بالتطور التكنولوجي من جهة والتوجه العام للمنظمة من جهة اخرى. فانتقلت من صورة التنظيم الصناعي إلى صورة التنظيم المعرفي. وارتبط هذا الاخير بتنامي التوجه نحو مجتمع المعرفة. وعلى اثر ذلك كان لزاما احداث التجديد والاصلاح في التمكنات والميكانيزمات التنظيمية خاصة على مستواها الاداري، لتظهر الادارة الالكترونية كأحد هذه النواتج في ظل توفير فضاء تنظيمي يتسم السواء. عموما تقوم الادارة الالكترونية داخل المنظمة على التوظيف الامثل للتقنية الالكترونية في استغناء تدريجي عن الطرائق التقليدية في اداء العمل. جاء هذا المقال؛ كمحاولة لرفع الغموض حول مفهوم الادارة الالكترونية في مقاربة نظرية نعرض من خلالها مختلف ابعادها وخصائصها واهدافها.In fact, the organizational practice has known a lot of change, because of its relationship with the technological development on the one hand, and on the other with the general direction of the organization . It moved hence from the organization of the industry to an organization of knowledge. This latter is connected with the growing trend towards a knowledge community. Consequently , it is necessary to renew and reform the organizational mechanisms, especially at the administrative level, so that e-management deemed as one of these fruits. All in all ; the application of e-management in the organization is based on the optimal use of the electronic technology that gradually replaces the traditional working methods, in performing the organizational work. This article is a theoretical approach to e-management, through which we present its different dimensions, and its characteristics and objectives.Item التوعية الإعلامية ودورها في مكافحة المخدرات والوقاية منها لدى الشباب(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2018-12-31) ضيف, الازهر; ذيب, محمدتهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لإبراز الدور المحوري للتوعية الإعلامية في الوقاية من المخدرات والحد من انتشارها، وذلك من خلال المادة الإعلامية الموجهة للجمهور بدا من الدعايات وانتهاء بالبرامج التوعية، ووفق ذلك تهدف وسائل الإعلام إلى نشر مواد مقنعة ومؤثرة من اجل التثقيف والتوجيه والتوعية وغرس الوعي لدى الأفراد المجتمع بضرورة تجنب السلوكيات المشينة وتجاوزها، وخدمة المصلحة الوطنية وذلك انسجاما مع الأعراف والعادات النبيلة المعروفة داخل المجتمع. Media awareness plays a pivotal role in the prevention and control of narcotics by means of media material aimed at the public, from advertisements to awareness programs. The media aims to disseminate convincing and influential materials for education, And to serve the national interest in line with the noble customs and customs known within society.Item المعلم في ظل التعليم الرقمي بين الدور ومتطلبات التكوين(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2018-12-31) دباب, زهيةيهدف هذا المقال إلى الوقوف على أحد أهم الفاعلين في الحقل التربوي،ألا وهو المعلم هذا الأخير الذي لعب ولايزال يلعب الدور المحوري في العملية التدريسية بالرغم من الإصلاحات والتغيرات السوسيوتكنولوجية التي يشهدها المجتمع الجزائري ،حيث نجده يبذل كل الجهود في سبيل جعل درسه مرغوبا فيه لدى المتعلمين من خلال طريقة التدريس التي يتبعها،ومن خلال استثارة فاعليتهم ونشاطهم. والأسلوب الذي يتبعه توصيل معلوماته باستخدام جميع الوسائل التقليدية منها والحديثة.This article aims to identify one of the most important actors in the field of education, mainly the teacher, who plays a pivotal role in the teaching process despite the reforms and the sociotechnological changes the Algerian society are witnessing . Teachers leave no stone unturned to make their lesson attractive through the teaching method followed, . They try stimulate the learners' effectiveness and activity. They also have their techniques in communicating the information through adopting both traditional and modern procedures.Item الصحة التنظيمية وعلاقتها بالارتباط الوظيفي لدى العامل بالمؤسسة -دراسة ميدانية بالوكالة التجارية لاتصالات الجزائر بالمسيلة(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2018-12-31) بلوم, اسمهان; عيواز, نور الدينهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى أهمية توفر ثقافة الصحة التنظيمية في المنظمة والارتباط الوظيفي كسلوك لدى العامل، وما يضمنانه من فعالية العدالة والسلطة التلاؤمية، التمكين والاستغراق الوظيفي كأحد الآليات الكفيلة بتطوير المنظمة بما يتماشي ومتطلبات العصر . ولقد اسفرت هذه الدراسة؛ على أن الصحة التنظيمية تساهم في توفير معالم الكفاءة المهنية والفعالية التنظيمية والارتقاء بالروح المعنوية لدى الفئة العاملة، كما تساهم في تنمية القدرات والمهارات الفكرية والإبداعية لدى العمال وذلك من خلال مجهودات إدارة المنظمة والعمل على تحقيق الظروف الملائمة للعمل والسعي إلى تحقيق بيئة عملية تتميز بالإنسانية.The aim of this study is to identify the importance of the culture of the organizational health in the organizations and as well the job correlation as a behavior guaranteeing effective justice and adaptive power, empowerment and job obsession as one of the mechanisms to develop the organization. This study concluded that organizational health contributes in enhancing professional competencies; organizational effectiveness and in rising the employees morale, and as well contributes to the development of the intellectual and creative abilities and skills of the employees through the efforts of the Organization staff and the efforts to achieve the conditions conducive to work besides the pursuit for a humanitarian practical environment.Item دراسة مقارنة لمستوى التماسك الاجتماعي– الحركي لدى التلاميذ المنخرطين في الرياضة المدرسية الألعاب الجماعية في ولاية البيض(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2018-12-31) بن سميشة, العيدهدفت الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف إلى دور التماسك الاجتماعي– الحركي والتعرف على مستواه لدى التلاميذ المنخرطين في الرياضة المدرسية الألعاب الجماعية في ولاية البيض، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب المسح والدراسات المقارنة، أما عينة الدراسة فتم اختيارها بالأسلوب العشوائي من المجتمع وبلغت (86) لاعباً، توصلت الدراسة إلى، ووجود فروق معنوية في مستوى التماسك الاجتماعي– الحركي بين لاعبي كرة اليد وكل من لاعبي كرة القدم والكرة الطائرة، وعدم وجود فروق معنوية في مستوى التماسك الاجتماعي– الحركي بين لاعبي كرة اليد ولاعبي كرة السلة وكذلك بين لاعبي كرة القدم والكرة الطائرة.This study aimed to identify the role of social-kinetic cohesion and its level among the students practicing school sports. The researcher used the descriptive method applying the survey technique and the comparative study. The study sample was randomly selected . The study found significant differences at the level of social-motor cohesion between handball players and football and volleyball players. There was no significant difference at the level of social-motor cohesion between handball players and basketball players, as well as between football players and volleyball players.Item قراءة في نظريات الاعلام المفسرة لتشكيل الرأي العام(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2018-12-31) عريق, لطيفةتهدف هذه الدراسة لمحاولة التعرف عن أهم النظريات الإعلامية المفسرة لتشكيل الرأي العام فتم التطرق لمفهوم كل من الرأي العام، الاعلام، ثم مصادر تكوين الرأي العام، فدور وسائل الاعلام في تشكيل الرأي العام، وأخيرا تناول نظريات الاعلام المفسرة لتشكل وسائل الاعلام كنظرية ترتيب الأولويات، دوامة الصمت. توصلت الدراسة لجملة من النتائج كان منها أن وسائل الاعلام لعبت دورا كبيرا في تشكيل الرأي العام خاصة فترات الحروب والأزمات وخير دليل على ذلك فترة الحرب العالمية الأولى والثانية وفترات الانتخابات، وأن وسائل الاعلام قادرة على تغيير اتجاهات الأفراد اتجاه القضايا المثارة وذلك عن طريق ترتيب أولويات المواضيع المثارة على حساب مواضيع أخرى لا يرغب أصحاب النفوذ والسلطة على هذه الوسائل الإعلامية إثارتها أو رغبة منهم في توجيه رأي الأفراد إلى المواضيع والقضايا التي يرغبون أن يهتم بها هؤلاء الأفراد.The aim of this study is to identify the most important theories that explain how public opinion, is shaped where the concept of public opinion, media, and sources of public opinion and the role of the media in shaping public opinion were addressed. Finally, the media theories were explained to form the media as a prioritization theory. The study reached a number of results, stating that the media plays a primordial role in shaping the public opinion, especially at periods of wars and crises, the World War I and II and the election period ,which deemed the best proof that the media are able to change the attitudes of individuals towards the issues raised by prioritizing the cases raised instead of other issues that media owners do not want to raise to direct the opinion of individuals to the issues that theses very individuals wish to care about .Item مؤسسات المجتمع المدني وثقافة المواطنة(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2018-12-31) دلهوم, مفيدةفي ظل التطورات التكنولوجية والتحولات الثقافية والاجتماعية والسياسية والاقتصادية التي يشهدها العالم، لا تستطيع الدولة وحدها تلبية كافة احتياجات افرادها ،ومع ظهور مفاهيم جديدة تتعلق بحقوق الإنسان والمشاركة المجتمعية ، كان ضروريا مساعدة هذه المؤسسات للدولة وهذا للوصول إلى مجتمع ديمقراطي واعي بحقوقه وواجباته وذلك بتعزيز قيم الانتماء ثقافة المواطنة وما يترتب عنها من قيم المشاركة والانتماء.In the light of the technological developments and cultural, social, political and economic changes taking place in the world, The state alone can not meet all the needs of its members, and with the emergence of new concepts related to human rights and community participation, it was necessary to help these institutions to the state and this to reach a democratic society conscious of its rights and duties by promoting the values of belonging Culture of citizenship and the consequent values of participation and belonging.Item الأسرة بين التشريع الاسلامي والفكر الوضعي(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2018-12-31) بن تركي, اسماءإن المتتبع لموضوع الأسرة؛ يرى اختلاف الطرح والرؤى في عديد المواضيع الحساسة التي تخصها بين المجتمعات الغربية والمجتمعات الإسلامية. لكن المشكل المطروح ليس في اختلاف الطروحات بحد ذاتها، وإنما في تبني الكثير من الرؤى والطروحات الغربية على خطورتها أحيانا وشذوذها أحيانا أخرى من طرف العديد من المثقفين وحتى الأكاديميين والسياسيين والعاملين في حقل الدفاع عن حقوق المرأة، والمدافعين عن الأسرة، هذا من جهة ومن جهة ثانية؛ محاولة النظام العالمي الجديد فرض مشروعه حول قضايا الأسرة، وتحرير المرأة في كل دول العالم بما في ذلك الدول الإسلامية. نحاول من خلال الورقة البحثية تقديم عرض تحليلي لمفهوم الأسرة بين التشريع الإسلامي والفكر الوضعي.There is no one unanimous view on this subject matter; such sensitive issue concerning the family in the Western and the Islamic societies has always been in the center of debate .The problem debated herein is not this variety of opinions itself , but is in the adoption of many of the Western visions and views regardless their gravity and deviation by our intellectuals, politicians, women's rights and family advocates on one hand. I the other hand , there is this attempt by the new world order to impose its project on family issues concerning the emancipation of women globally and mainly in the Muslim countries. In the present paper, we try provide an analytical presentation on the concept of the family between the Islamic legislation and positive thinking.Item الضبط الاجتماعي عند ابن خلدون(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2018-12-31) بن عيسى, رابحعالج ابن خلدون الكثير من القضايا التي تخص المجتمع، ومن بين أهم المواضيع التي عالجها قضية الضبط الاجتماعي، التي اعتبرها ضرورة ملحة يجب أن تتوفر في أي مجتمع لضبط سلوكاته وأفعاله وتنظيم حياته، وفرض الاستقرار والتوازن في المجتمع و أردنا هنا من خلال هذه المداخلة أن نوضح هذه القضية في رأي ابن خلدون.Ibn Khaldun dealt with many issues related to society. Among the most important topics he conducted is the issue of social control, which he considered an urgent necessity that must be present in all societies to control their behavior and deeds and as well to organize their lives, and impose stability and justics in society .This paper tries to reveal Ibn Khaldun's view on this matter .Item ظاهرة العنف المدرسي: العوامل، الآثار، سبل الوقاية(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2018-12-31) حداد, صونيةتعد ظاهرة العنف في المحيط المدرسي، من أخطر الظواهر التي أخذت تنتشر وتتفاقم في كل المجتمعات، حيث تأخذ أشكالا عدة، أبرزها اللفظية والجسدية والرمزية، والتي ينجم عنها سلوكات مرضية لدى المتمدرس تنعكس بدورها على كل جوانب حياته، المعرفية، النفسية والاجتماعية. إن العنف المدرسي ظاهرة لم تنشأ من العدم، ولكن تقف خلفها جملة من الميكانيزمات والعوامل الاجتماعية المرضية، التي شكلت المستنقع الذي تفاقمت فيه أعراض هذا الداء، والتي تتجلى أبرزها في أساليب التنشئة الاجتماعية، بالإضافة إلى وسائل الإعلام وما تحمله من مضامين مشجعة على ممارسة العنف، إلى جانب تأثير المخدرات، وكذلك العوامل الفيزيولوجية لبعض المتمدرسين. لذا فإن الأمر يستدعي تضافر الجهود، من أجل ضمان تنشئة أسرية ومجتمعية سليمة، وكذلك تدخل الوزارة الوصية لوضع عقوبات صارمة مناسبة للسلوكات العدوانية الممارسة داخل الوسط المدرسي، إلى جانب الاهتمام بمجال التربية الاعلامية، وكل ذلك بغرض مكافحة هذه الظاهرة من خلال الحد من انتشارها، والوقاية منها.The phenomenon of violence in the school environment, is one of the most critical phenomena that are spreading and worsening in all societies, takes several forms, the most prominent are verbal, physical and symbolic, which result in satisfactory behaviors of the students reflected in turn on all aspects of their life, cognitive, psychological and social. School violence is a phenomenon that is deep rooted in society and is not born of naught ;behind it are a number of social mechanisms and factors like socialization, media, content of violence, as well as the influence of drugs. In order to ensure rendering family and community safe and sound, as well as assuring the intervention of the Ministry's will to impose severe penalties appropriate to the aggressive behavior practiced within the school beside media education, all with the aim of fighting this phenomenon through restricting it.Item المسؤولية الجزائية عن تناول الرياضيين للمنشطات في التشريع الجزائري(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2018-12-31) بوخاري, مصطفىتقوم المسؤولية الجزائية للرياضي في حالة استعماله للمنشطات اثناء المسابقات الرياضية، و يتم توقيع عليه عقوبات جزائية بالإضافة الى العقوبات التأديبية؛ فهي وسيلة للمحافظة على الاعراف الرياضية عند كل احتفالية بالمسابقات حتى يسودها المساواة بين الرياضيين المشاركين فيها و ضمان عدم تدخل اي وسيلة غير اخلاقية ومحظورة دوليا تسهل التقدم على الاخرين، و لقد اكد المشرع الجزائري على جريمة تعاطي المنشطات من قبل الرياضيين و عاقب كذلك كل شخص يسهل توفير هذه المواد بهدف المشاركة في مختلف المسابقات الرياضية باستعمال جهد اضافي غير طبيعي .The criminal liability of the athlete in the case of use of doping during sports competitions is penalized in addition to disciplinary penalties and is a means to maintain the sports norms at every competitions so that the equality between the athletes participating therein is achieved and as well ensure that no interference is unethical and internationally prohibited , The Algerian legislator has underlined the crime of doping by athletes and made it punishable for anyone who facilitates the provision of such staff in order to participate in the various sports competitions using an unnatural extra effort.Item المشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات وأثرها على العمال(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2018-12-31) برويس, وردة; ساسي هادف, نجاةهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى فعالية المشاركة في المؤسسة، ومدى تأثير عملية المشاركة في تحقيق عملية اتخاذ القرارات. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم اللجوء إلى محاور أساسية تعلقت بموضوع الدراسة. وانطلاقا من معالجتنا ظهر أن المشاركة تتضح بصورة واضحة من خلال محاولة العمال باتخاذ القرارات وإعطاء وجهات نظر إلى جانب المسؤولين والرؤساء. فالمؤسسة الجزائرية أعطت الحق للطبقة العاملة أن تشارك في مختلف نشاطاتها إذ أصبحت المجالس الشعبية والنقابات والمجالس الإدارية تنادي بهذا الحق.. This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of participation in the companies and the impact of participation in achieving the decision-making process .The participation is clearly seen in the employees ' decision making along with the heads of the companies . The Algerian institution has given the working class the right to participate in its various activities since the public councils , the syndicate unions and administrative councils have all called for this right.
