Item تأثير الضغوط المهنية على استاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2020-10-25) قدادرة, شوقيان مهنة تدريس مادة التربية البدنية والرياضة تحتاج بشدة إلى قيادة مؤهلة هي أساس لتحقيق الكثير من إمكانياتها، حيث أن أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية يعتبر من أبرز أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالمجتمع المدرسي، ولدبه تأثيرا في تشكيل الأخلاق والقيم الرفيعة ويعتمد في ذلك على التوفيق بين ميول التلميذ وإمكانيات المؤسسة التعليمية وقدراته الشخصية في تقديم واجبات تربوية في إطار بدني رياضي يهدف إلى النمو والتكيف. إلا أن استاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية ليس مجرد مجموعة من الخصائص والصفات الحميدة بل هو إنسان وقائد قادر على تلبية الحاجيات الانفعالية من متغيرات عديدة تشكل له ضغط على حالته النفسية، كالحالة المعيشية والمشاكل المهنية. وقد جاءت أهداف الدراسة على سياق واحد وهو معرفة تأثير الضغوط المهنية على استاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية والدور الهام الذي تلعبه التربية البدنية والرياضية في تحقيق أهداف التربية العامة جعلها موضع اهتمام مقارنة مع ما كانت عليه، فأصبح بذلك دور أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية مهما وصعبا في نفس الوقت خاصة أمام واقع تملؤه الاضطرابات والصراعات جراء ما يعاني منه المجتمع من مشاكل عدة مست مختلف الميادين، والتي شكلت ضغطا على نفسية الفرد. أما بالنسبة للنتائج فكانت كلها حسب التوقعات الموضوعة من طرف الباحث ،إن معاناة أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية من الضغط المهني تؤثر فيه عدة عوامل أو أسباب منها قلة أو انعدام المنشآت الرياضية وعدم توفر الوسائل البيداغوجية بالإضافة إلى العوامل المحيطية و المناخية. The objectives of the study were based on one context, namely, the impact of professional pressures on the teacher of physical education and sports, and the important role played by physical education and sports in achieving the objectives of public education, making them a matter of interest compared to what they were. This has made the role of professor of physical education and sports difficult and difficult at the same time Especially in the face of a reality of turmoil and conflict as a result of the various problems facing the society in different fields, which put pressure on the psyche of the individual. As for the results were all according to the expectations of the researcher, the suffering of the professor of physical education and sports from the occupational pressure affected by several factors or reasons, including the lack or lack of sports facilities and the lack of pedagogical methods in addition to peripheral and climatic factors.Item إصلاحات الجيل الثاني بين العجلة والتأني مرحلة التعليم المتوسط -أنموذجا-(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2020-10-25) قواسمية, سليمتسعى هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة إجراء قراءة تحليلية تقييمية لواقع المنظومة التربوية في الجزائر، وما حملته من تغييرات مست بجوانبها المختلفة والتي تأتي في مقدمتها البرامج التربوية المنتهجة من طرف الوزارة الوصية والموسومة بالجيل الثاني، بالإضافة إلى المناهج المعاد كتابتها التي تدخل هي الأخرى حيّز التنفيذ، كون جُلّ هذه الإصلاحات لم يكتب لها التجسيد الفعلي على أرضية الميدان ممَّا حال دون تطبيقها من أجل معرفة حمولاتها المختلفة، كما تقف الدراسة عند مناهج الجيل الثاني وعلاقتها بتدريس مادة اللغة العربية للطور الثالث من التعليم المتوسط، وما تضمنته هذه المناهج التي مسّها التحوير البيداغوجي من برامج ووضعيات تعليمية، بغية الوقوف على أهم النقائص، وكذا البحث في النصوص التعليمية المعتمدة في عملية التدريس التي لا نكاد نجد لها حضوراً في المقررات الخاصة بهذا الطور، والتي تستدعي كل من المعلم والمتعلم العودة إلى مراجع أخرى للاطلاع عليها، مع أنها مبرمجة في التدرجات السنوية المعمول بها في هذا الطور. لأجل هذا كله سنحاول الخوض فيما تعلق بهذه الإصلاحات، وما احتوته من متطلبات مرحلية تمثلت بالأساس في المنهاج المدرسي الجديد أو المعاد كتابته ليتماشى مع سيرورة التحويرات المقررة. This study purports to analyze and evaluate the Algerian educational system and the different changes initiated by the ministry in educational curriculums known as the “second generation reforms, and which have never been given the chance to be implemented. It also attempts to shed light on the different pedagogical aspects of second-generation curriculum pertaining to Arabic and the different changes adopted in this respect, to depict weaknesses and examine educational materials which seem inexistent for third cycle of intermediate education despite being stipulated by the syllabus, forcing thus teachers and learners to search for them in other references. This work aims to discuss these new reforms and all their requirements in relation to the educational stages and to the new or amended school curriculum.Item المشاكل التعليمية و البيداغوجية التي تعاني منها المدرسة الابتدائية(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2020-10-25) بن يطو, بن عمرانتتناول هذه الورقة البحثية تعريف المدرسة ، و تبين الوظائف التي تؤديها خدمة للمجتمع ، و تجلي أهمية وجودها باعتبارها مؤسسة من مؤسسات الدولة . كما تتطرق إلى ذكر أهم المشاكل التي تعاني منها المدرسة الابتدائية الجزائرية ، من بينها : التسيير المزدوج ، استفحال ظاهرة الاكتظاظ ، غياب التكوين الميداني للأساتذة الجدد ، انعدام بعض المرافق الضرورية في المدرسة ، عدم تحديث الوسائل التربوية ، ... إنّ تعليم و تربية النشء هو أولى الأولويات ، لأنه السبيل الوحيد للتقدم و التطور في كل المجالات . لذلك أولت المدرسة الجزائرية أهمية أساسية للمتعلم ، لكن واجهتها العديد من المشاكل ، و من هذا المنطلق طرح التساؤل الآتي : ما أهم المشاكل التي تعاني منها المدرسة الابتدائية الجزائرية ؟ و ماهي الحلول المقترحة ؟ الكلمات المفتاحية : المدرسة الابتدائية ، المشاكل ، الحلول المقترحة . Abstract: . This paper discusses the definition of the school, identifies the functions performed by the community and demonstrates the importance of its existence as a state institution. It also touches on the most important problems experienced by the Algerian primary school, including: double management, the overcrowding phenomenon, the lack of field training for new teachers, the lack of some necessary facilities in the school, the lack of modernization of educational means, ... The education and upbringing of young people is the first priority, because it is the only way to progress and develop in all fields. Therefore, the Algerian school has given primary importance to the learner, but has faced many problems, and in this sense posed the following question: What are the most important problems experienced by the Algerian primary school? Through this paper, we seek to provide an evaluation study of the term globalization, Concept, mechanisms, and dimensions, within the framework of a socio-educational approach related to the Algerian school, based on the treatment of the following problem : What is the definition of globalization ? What are its objectives ? Wat are the mechanisms and methods of activating globalization ? How globalization affect the Algerian school psychologically, padagogically and didactically ? This is in order to achieve a set of objectives, including : knowing the positive side of globalization and trying to take advantage of it in the educational framework . Researching the problems of the Algerian school and proposing effective solutions to it .Item برنامج تعليمي مقترح بإستخدام الوسائط التعليمية المتعددة على تعلم بعض مهارات الكرة الطائرة لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2020-10-25) مجاهد, مصطفىيهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة تأثير برنامج تعليمي بإستخدام الوسائط المتعددة في تعلم بعض مهارات الكرة الطائرة لدى تلاميذ سنة أولى ثانوي , ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة إستخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي ذات التصميم التجريبي لمجموعتين إحداهما تجريبية والأخرى ضابطة وبواسطة القياسين القبلي والبعدي لكل مجموعة, بلغ حجم العينة (40) تلميذ, تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين متساويتين عدد كل منهما (20) تلميذا الأولى تجريبية تدرس بالوسائط المتعددة والثانية ضابطة تدرس بأسلوب التقليدي, و كأداة لجمع البيانات إستخدم الباحث إختبارات مهارية , أظهرت النتائج تحسن في مستوى الأداء لكلا المجموعتين في مستوى الأداء الفني للمهارات قيد البحث في الكرة الطائرة , مع تفوق للمجموعة التجريبية التي إستخدمت الوسائط التعليمية المتعددة .
