Item وسائل الاعلام التقليدية في ظل زمن المكاشفة -مقاربة وصفية نقدية-(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2021-06-30) لقيقط, أسماء; اسعيداني, سلاميرغم كثرة المقارنات والمقاربات العديدة بين وسائل الإعلام العامة، إلا أنه ربما يكون صعباً إمكانية التفريق بين الإعلام التقليدي ؛ كالصحافة والإذاعة والتلفزيون من جهة،والاعلام الإلكتروني المتمثل في قنوات التواصل الاجتماعي أو ما تسمى وسائل الإعلام التفاعلية، فهناك الكثير من النقاط التي يتداخل فيها،وبعضها التي يختلف فيها كل من الإعلام التقليدي والإعلام الإلكتروني أو الإعلام الجديد. ونعني بزمن ''المكاشفة'' في نقلنا هذا العصر الحالي الذي يعرف ثورة تكنولوجية عميقة في ميدان المعلومات والاتصال ،يتضاءل أمامها كل ما تحقق من عدة قرون سابقة،ولعلل أبرزها الانصهار الذي حدث بين ظاهرتي التفجر المعلوماتي وثورة الاتصال الأخيرة في البيئة الرقمية، مما أثر ذلك بشكل كبير جدا علىى أشكال الاعلام ومحتواه وأساليب انتاج المادة الإعلامية، وقد تأثرت صناعة الإعلام بشكل ملحوظ في البيئة الجديدة (الإعلام الجديد)، والذي انعكس على كم ونوع المضمون وطبيعة الخدمات الإعلامية، وتكاد تكون التطورات التي تحدث في مجال تكنولوجيا الإعلام و المعلومات كانقلاب في وسائل الإعلام التقليدية، فقد مثلت التطورات التي دخلت صناعة وسائل الإعلام الجديد والتي يتمثل جوهرها في الاستفادة من تكنولوجيا الاتصالات عن بعد (السلكية واللاسلكية). Abstract: Although there are many comparisons and approaches between the public media, it may be difficult to distinguish between traditional media such as the press, radio and television on the one hand and electronic media on the on the other. We are referring to the time of the "detection" of the current era, which defines a profound technological revolution in the field of information and communication, in wich all that has been achieved in the past several centuries is diminished. Perhaps the most notable is the fusion between the phenomena of information explosion and the recent revolution in communication in the digital environment,wich has had a very significant impact on the forms of information, its content and the methods of media production.(New media), reflected in you, the type of content and the of the nature of information services, and almost as many developments in information and information wich is the use of telecommunications technology.Item نقد التصور السوسيولوجي للقيم الاجتماعية(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2021-06-30) لوحيدي, فوزيسنحاول في هذا المقالة أن نقدم تعريفا للقيم الاجتماعية ونتعرف على علاقتها مع المفاهيم المقاربة ، كما سنحاول أن نتطرق الى مجهودات السوسيولوجيين وإسهاماتهم في إثراء موضوع القيم ، وذلك من خلال الاستقصاء على طريقتين ، الأولى تعتمد على طرح رأي الاتجاهين البارزين في علم الاجتماع ، والطريقة الثانية هي محاولة تتبع أراء بعض العلماء على حدى ،ثم حاولنا تقديم نقد لإسهامات السوسيولوجيين في دراسة القيم ، لنختم الدراسة بخاتمة تحوصل الموضوع . Abstract In this article, we will try to présent a presentation that provides a definition of social values and learn about their relationship with approaching concepts. We will also try to address the efforts of sociologists and their contributions to enrich the issue of values, through two methods of investigation. The first is to present an opinion that makes prominent people in sociology, and the second method is an attempt. Evaluate the evaluation of the study with a conclusion reached the topic.Item نظرية النسبية وملامح الفلسفة المعاصرة(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2021-06-30) سعيدي, عبد الفتاحيهدف البحث إلى طبيعة العلاقة بين الفلسفة المعاصرة من جهة والعلم المعاصر من جهة أخرى. ثم النظر، إن كان يجمعهما برديغم بحث موحد بينهما. وقع الاختيار على نظرية النسبية بصفتها أشهر نظرية علمية فيزيائية في القرن العشرين. توصلت في الأخير إلى أن أهم التصورات والمفاهيم التي قامت عليها النظرية النسبية هي نفسها أهم الملامح التي تميزت بها الفلسفة المعاصرة دون غيرها من الفلسفات. This research aims at the relationship between contemporary philosophy, on the one hand, and contemporary science on the other hand. And look, if it brings them together, despite unified search between them. I select the theory of relativity as the most famous scientific and physical theory of the 20the century. Ultimately, I concluded that the most important concepts on which the theory of relativity is based, are the same as the most important characteristics that characterize contemporary philosophy.Item دور وسائل الإعــلام في تنمية السياحة الصحراوية- ولاية الوادي أنموذجا(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2021-06-30) بوترعه, بلال; بن عمار, أشواقإزاء التعاظم المستمر لقطاع السياحة فإن وجود إستراتيجية علمية مبنية على أسس تسويقية صحيحة تمثل نقطة البداية لانطلاق ونجاح أي جهد سياحي هادف لاجتذاب المزيد من السياح والمزيد من الإرادات وهذه المسؤولية تلقى على عاتق الأخصائيين في مجال التسويق الإعلام والإرشاد السياحي. فعلى المستوى المحلي تمثل الصحراء في الجزائر النفط الحقيقي والدائم الذي يقدم للخزينة الجزائرية مليارات الدولارات سنويا، وهذا إذا ما تم الاهتمام بهذا القطاع من الناحيتين الإعلامية والتسويقية، ذلك لأن المواقع الصحراوية والتاريخية المتواجدة بولاية الوادي "واد سوف" وكذا المواقع السياحية المنتشرة عبر كامل التراب الوطني لا يمكن التقليل والتغاضي عن أهميتها الإنسانية والحضارية والاقتصادية، أذا ما لقيت الاهتمام الكافي والرعاية اللازمة في الجانب التنظيمي والتمويلي والإعلامي، هذا الأخير الذي يعتبر من أهم الآليات التي تعمل على تنمية القطاع السياحي. Abstract: In light of the continuous growth of the tourism sector, the existence of a scientific strategy based on correct marketing foundations represents the starting point for the launch and success of any targeted tourism effort to attract more tourists and more wills, and this responsibility rests with specialists in the field of marketing, information and tourism guidance. At the local level, the Sahara in Algeria represents the real and permanent oil that provides the Algerian treasury billions of dollars annually, and this is if attention is paid to this sector in terms of media and marketing, because the desert and historical sites located in the wilaya of Oued Souf, as well as the tourist sites spread across the entire national territory. Its human, civilization and economic importance cannot be underestimated or overlooked, if it receives sufficient attention and the necessary care in the organizational, financing and media side, the latter which is considered one of the most important mechanisms that work to develop the tourism sector.Item الروابط الاجتماعية وعلاقات الجيرة في الأحياء السكنية الجديدة(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2021-06-30) بعيش, مريمتناولنا في هذه الدراسة موضوع: الروابط الاجتماعية وعلاقات الجيرة في الأحياء السكنية الجديدة، مبرزين التغيرات التي طرأت على المجتمع الجزائري ، على غرار التغير الاجتماعي والبيئي الذي تجلى في تطور أشكال ووظائف الأسر وتغير موارد الأرض، بالإضافة إلى التغيرات السكانية من حيث النمو والتركيب بالإضافة إلى طبيعة الروابط الاجتماعية وكذا العوامل المؤثرة في حركة السكان، مع التركيز على قيم الجوار وأخلاقياته وظهور المناطق السكنية الجديدة، وباعتمادنا على المنهج الكمي التحليلي تمكنا من إبراز دور الهياكل والمرافق الاجتماعية في تدعيم علاقات الجوار، حيث تناولنا تأثير التجهيزات والمرافق العامة على العلاقات الاجتماعية واتبعناها بعرض بعض النماذج وكيفية تأثيرها كالمقاهي، المساجد، والحمامات، وهو ما قاد دراستنا إلى الكشف عن أن للتجهيزات والمرافق العمومية دور في تراجع علاقات الجوار، كما توصلنا إلى إبراز الأسباب الفعلية التي تقف وراء تلاشي الروابط الاجتماعية بالأحياء السكنية الجديدة، وبالتحديد تلك التي تضم سكان غير متجانسين وهو ما يخلق بداخلها صراعات ونزاعات تؤدّي إلى الانقسام وسطحية العلاقات بين السكان وتدني علاقات الجيرة. Abstract: In this study, we addressed the topic: Social ties and neighborly relations in new residential neighborhoods, highlighting the changes that occurred in Algerian society, similar to the social and environmental change that was manifested in the development of forms and functions of families and the change of land resources, in addition to population changes in Algeria in terms of growth and composition in addition To the nature of social ties as well as factors affecting the movement of the population, with a focus on neighborhood values and ethics and the emergence of new residential areas, and by our reliance on a quantitative and analytical approach we were able to highlight the role of social structures and facilities in strengthening air relations See¸ We discussed the effect of public facilities and facilities on social relations and followed them by presenting some models and how they affect such as cafes, mosques, and bathrooms, which led our study to reveal that public facilities and facilities have a role in the decline in neighborhood relations, and we have also come to highlight the actual reasons behind the vanishing of social ties to neighborhoods New housing, particularly those that contain a heterogeneous population, which creates conflicts and conflicts within it that lead to division and superficial relations between the population and low neighborly relations.Item دوافع ممارسة الأنشطة البدنية والرياضية في حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية لدى الإناث في الطور الثانوي.(2021-06-30) بعبوش, بلالهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة مدى وجود فروق بين الإناث في بعض الثانويات لولاية قسنطينة, حول دافعيتهن في ممارسة الأنشطة البدنية والرياضية في حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية من خلال دراسة ثلاث محاور أساسية للدافعية الرياضية ( دوافع الصيفات البدنية , دوافع الميول الرياضي, دوافع نفسية وعقلية), وقد تم إختيار هذا الموضوع لدراسته إنطلاقا من الظاهرة الغريبة التي أصبحت سائدة في الثانويات ألا وهي عزوف الإناث عن ممارسة التربية البدنية والرياضية. وقد إعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على إستمارة إستبيان تحتوي على 30 سؤال تم توزيعها على اللإناث يدرسن في الطور الثانوي لولاية قسنطينة وقد بلغ عددهم 120 تلميذة موزعين على 7 ثانويات. وبعد جمع المعلومات وتحليلها إحصائيا فقد تبين لنا جليا بأنه لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات الإناث حول دافعيتهن للممارسة الأنشطة البدنية والرياضية من جانب اللياقة البدنية و كذلك ميولهن الرياضي, وحتى دوافعهن النفسية والعقلية.The aim of this study is to find out the extent to which there are differences between females in some secondary schools of the Wilayat of Constantine, about their motivation in practicing physical and sports activities in the physical education and sports class by studying three main axes of sports motivation (the motives of physical summers, the motives of sports tendencies, psychological and mental motives). This topic was chosen for study based on the strange phenomenon that has become prevalent in high schools, namely the reluctance of females to practice physical education and sports. In this study, we relied on a questionnaire form containing 30 questions that were distributed to females studying in the secondary phase of the Wilayat of Constantine, and their number reached 120 students distributed in 7 secondary schools. After collecting the information and analyzing it statistically, it became clear to us that there are no statistically significant differences between the responses of females about their motivation to practice physical and sports activities on the part of physical fitness, as well as their athletic tendencies, and even their psychological and mental motives.Item تمثلات الأسرة نحو الممارسة الرياضية للأطفال وانعكاساتها على تحقيق الأمن المجتمعي - دراسة ميدانية بمدينة ورقلة (الجزائر)-(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2021-06-30) عزيز, سامية; كزيز, أمالهدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على تمثلات الأسرة نحو الممارسة الرياضية للطفل وانعكاساتها على تحقيق الأمن المجتمعي وهذا من خلال بلورة أفعال وتفاعلات الطفل بصورة ايجابية ترقى إلى التعبير عن الثقافة الأسرة نحو التربية الرياضية، وما تحمله من قيم اجتماعية وتربوية تسهم في تحقيق استقرار المجتمع وتوازنه الاجتماعي، كونها احد آليات ضبط أفعال الأطفال التي تشكل جزءا مهما من الحياة الاجتماعية للفرد والتي بدورها تسهم في عملية التطبيع الاجتماعي، وعليه إن الممارسة الرياضية للطفل حسب تمثلات الأفراد تنعكس إيجابا على مستوى البناء الاجتماعي واستقراره وتحقيق متطلبات الأمن بين أفراده من خلال تحقيق متطلبات التواصل الاجتماعي الفعال بين هؤلاء الأفراد. Abstract: The present study aims to shed light on one of the prominent social areas in which the child reacts outside his or her original environment, such as the family and the school, as an educational institution that works to rehabilitate the child after an extended period of study each week, (The act) in communication with the members of the community. the importance of the study to focus on the formation of effective social communication of the child through these sports clubs and their reality in the Algerian society and Arab societies and the extent of activation in them and this is what invited us to search for the role of clubs Sports in the activation of social communication with the children.Item الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري كخيار استراتيجي لتحقيق الجودة الشاملة(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2021-06-30) عزيزي, زهرة; بن صويلح, ليلياتعد كل من سياسة الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري والجودة الشاملة من أهم الأساليب الإدارية الحديثة التي تمكن المنظمات من تحقيق استمرارها وصنع تميزها في ظل تغيرات متسارعة تميز البيئة الخارجية تستدعي العمل بكفاءة ضمن سياق تنظيمي شديد المنافسة يؤمن بفكرة أن لا بقاء إلا للأقوى المتمكن. تندرج هذه الدراسة في الدائرة التحليلية، وتهدف لمناقشة علاقة التأثير القائمة بين الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري وتحقيق ثقافة الجودة الشاملة في النسق التنظيمي، تم توظيف المنهج الوصفي لتحليل ابعاد هذه العلاقة ومتغيراتها. توصلت الدراسة أن هناك أربعة مجالات أساسية يؤثر من خلالها استثمار رأسمال البشري في تحقيق الجودة الشاملة، ويتعلق الأمر ب: التمكين الذي ينمي الفكر الإبداعي، التحفيز الذي يخلق الإيجابية ويدفع لإتقان العمل، التدريب الذي يكرس الأداء العلمي للمهام، ثم رعاية المورد البشري التي تضمن الولاء وتراكمية المعارف. Abstract: Both the investment policy in human capital and the total quality are among the most important modern management strategies that make the institution succeed in ensuring its continuity as well as its superiority, especially within an external environment that believes in the values of competition and that only the strongest survive This study belongs within the analytical circle, and it aims to analyze the impact relationship existing between investing in human capital and achieving a culture of total quality. The descriptive approach has been employed to analyze the dimensions of this relationship and its variables. In this study we will try to identify metacognitive thinking, strategies and skills, as well as the importance of education for metacognitive strategies.Item The Effects Of A Training Programme On The Physical Capacities Of Judokas Under 12 Years Old.(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2021-06-30) Cherifi, Mohamed Amine; Nafa, SoufianeThe aim of our study is to study the effects of a training program intended for judo practitioners and to assess its impact on the level of physical and technical preparation. The research sample consisted of 40 children of the same level, 20 of them belonged to the experimental group with an average age of 10 years, of which 20 belonged to the experimental group where they followed a training program while the control group followed the usual program proposed by the trainer. This experimental protocol has been published for three consecutive years. All participants underwent educational tests conducted at the beginning and end of each year. Both groups underwent regular training for an hour and a half, three times a week for the entire trial period. The program we applied was repeated as follows: To assess the development of our athletes, we used measurements of two indicators - height - weight and general physical tests (endurance test, speed test, flexibility, and coordination test, explosive strength test of the lower and upper limbs). The results recorded in the experimental group showed very significant gains in endurance, explosive strength of the lower limbs, speed, coordination, as well as mobility of the scapulo-humeral jointItem وسائل الإعلام والاتصال ودورها في تفعيل وتحسين أداء الجمعيات ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني في الجزائر(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2021-06-30) خضير, رشيدتناول هذه الدراسة أهمية دور الإعلام والاتصال في تحسين أداء الجمعيات ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني؛ وتوضح الدراسة وظائف الإعلام المختلفة؛ وتصنيفات الجمعيات وفقا لقانون الجمعيات 12-06؛ وطبيعة علاقتها بوسائل الإعلام. وتبرز الدراسة منح قانون الجمعيات 12-06، وقانون الإعلام 12-05 الجمعيات حق امتلاك وسائل الإعلام للتعبير عن رأيها وممارسة نشاطاتها تكريسا للحق الذي كفله الدستور لها. وتظهر الدارسة ضعف النشاط الإعلامي للجمعيات ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني، سواء من حيث توظيف وسائل الإعلام المختلفة، خاصة وسائط التواصل الاجتماعي، أو من حيث امتلاكها لوسائط الإعلام التقليدية من جرائد ومنشورات أو الجديدة من مواقع الانترنت ووسائط التواصل فايسبوك، اليوتيوب وغيرها. This study deals with the importance of information and communication in improving the performance of associations and civil society institutions. The study illustrates the various media functions and classifications of associations according to Associations Law 12-06 and the nature of its relationship with the media. The study highlights the granting of Associations Law 12-06 and Media Law 12-05 to associations the right to own media outlets to express their opinion and to presente their activities in consecration of the right guaranteed by the constitution to them. The study shows the weakness of the media activity of associations and civil society institutions, whether in terms of employing various media, especially social media, or in terms of their ownership of traditional media such as newspapers and publications, or new media; websites, social media, Facebook, YouTube.Item Designing Digital Game-based Learning Approach To Facilitate Educational Objectives Exploring New Technological Tools For Education(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2021-06-30) Raffar, Abdelkader El AmirThe purpose of this paper is to analyze the strategy characteristics of digital game-based learning environments and investigates the impact of using (DGBL) in teaching various sciences. We will also establish the difference among those approaches such as Educational Games, Game-Based Learning (GBL), and Gamification in teaching areas. A clear explanation of these innovative terms with a clarification of the possible effect on learning and teaching will be offered. The main objective of this article is to demonstrate the role of the teacher and the most dominant hindrances in digital game-based learning and teaching. And to focuses on the factors that influence the acceptance of commercial video games as learning tools in the classroom. The paper will review and illuminate the several roles the teacher currently accomplishes in game-based learning. The findings provide that (DGBL) has the potential to impact students learning in educational content areas and that collaborative gamification may be of precise importance for learning advantages.Item كيفية تعزيز فاعلية الذات لدى الرياضين من خلال التمارين والأنشطة الرياضية(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2021-06-30) كنيوة, مولود; قرين, نوالتعد فاعلية الذات محددا مهما لسلوك الفرد؛ إذ ترتبط ارتباطا ايجابيا بالنجاح خلال التمارين والأنشة الرياضية، وزيادة مستويات اللياقة البدنية، والرفع من مستوى الانجاز، كما يساهم التمرين والنشاط الرياضي في زيادة مستوى فاعلية الذات. تهدف الورقة البحثية الحالية إلى معرفة مفهوم فاعلية الذات، والنظرية التي تستند إليها، و كذا مصادر فاعلية الذات الأربعة: الخبرات الناجحة، الخبرات البديلة، الإقناع اللفظي، و الاستثارة الإنفعالية والفيسيولوجية، وكيف يستفيد المدرب أو المعلم في المجال الرياضي من خلال تنفيذ استراتيجيات تساهم في تعزيز فاعلية الذات لدى الأفراد الممارسين للنشاط الرياضي انطلاقا من مصادرها الأربعة. Self-efficacy is an important determinant of individual behavior, and it is positively linked to success during exercise and sports activities, increasing fitness levels. Exercise and sport activity also increase the level of self-efficacy. The current paper aims to know the concept of self-efficacy, the theory on which it is based, and the four sources of self-efficacy: mastery experiences, vicarious experiences, verbal persuasion, and emotional and physiological arousal, based on its four sources.Item علاقة الذكاء الجسمي الحركي بأداء بعض المهارات الهجومية في كرة اليد(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2021-06-30) قعقاع, توفيقهدفت الدراسة الى معرفة مدى مساهمة الذكاء الجسمي الحركي في اداء بعض المهارات الهجومية في كرة اليد، حيث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي لملائمة طبيعة الدراسة، واشتملت عينة الدراسة (20) لاعبا فئة الاقل من 17 سنة من لاعبي كرة اليد (JSBM) الناشط في القسم الهواة بالطريقة العشوائية، وقد استنتج الباحث بأن هناك علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين متغيرات الدراسة (الذكاء الجسمي الحركي وجملة من المهارات الهجومية في كرة اليد)، ويوصي الباحث بضرورة تطبيق انواع المقاييس الخاصة بالذكاء (سواء الانفعالي، العاطفي، الاستراتيجي) او الذكاء الجسمي الحركي لما له اهمية كبيرة في التعرف على السلوك الداخلي للاعب، وتوظيف دراسات مشابهة في ما يخص مقاييس الذكاء في شتى الجوانب، وضرورة الاهتمام بمتغير الذكاء الجسمي الحركي وتطويره. الكلمات المفتاح: الذكاء الجسمي الحركي، المهارات الهجومية، كرة اليد. Abstract: The research aims to identify the difficulties of switching from classical teaching to distance teaching facing students in terms of the quality of the lessons and the pedagogical accompaniment of the professors for the 2020 academic year. The researcher used the descriptive method to suit the nature of the research, while the research sample consisted of 85 students from the Institute of Science and Technology Activities Physical and sports Batna 2.
