Advocating The Freethinking Feminist Project Within The Secularist Movement, Britain 1851-1886

This article proposes that the establishment of the Secularist movement by George Jacob Holyoake aimed to champion the Freethinking feminist project. This latter one included a rational critique of religion and support to fallen women’s liberties. In fact, the Freethinkers who held similar radical views were powerfully attacked by the State and society, and their heritage was on the brink of demise. From 1915 through to 1942, the government charged some leading Freethinkers with blasphemous libel and put them in jail. In addition, the far more progressive views of Owen’s schemes about free love unions were on the whole denied in society. Nevertheless, Holyoake’s new articulation of ‘respectability’ within the Secularist movement had provided a way to a number of Freethinking feminists to promote a combination of anti-religious and far more progressive views on prostitution. The astonishing fact is that Freethinkers gained acceptance in society and were not subject to legal prosecutions. So, it could be inferred that the Secularist movement was fertile ground in which Freethinking feminism was able to thrive.

Perhaps the problem lies in the fact that the Arab world depends entirely on the United States of America, which exerts political pressure on decision-makers in Arab countries, in addition to the fact that most Arab countries suffer from poverty and debt. Hence, the research focuses on showing the Zionist and American plans to implement this project, The research aims to draw the attention of the Arab countries to the danger of the project and that the only way to thwart it is to achieve Arab unity politically, socially, economically and militarily, Therefore, Arab efforts must be unified to protect the Arab world
Analyse Des Stratégies De Coping (ajustement) Employées Par Les Sportifs De Performance Durant La Compétition.

Résumé: Le but de cette recherche est de faire valoir la compétition comme situation stressante influençant les performances des athlètes, de valoriser les stratégies d’ajustement (coping) employées par les sportifs pour y faire face. D’analyser la manière d’utiliser les stratégies de coping chez les sportifs pour s’adapter aux situations stressantes. L’étude s’est basée sur la méthode descriptive comme moyen pour vérifier les hypothèses proposées. Ainsi, 72 sportifs de performance ont participé à cette étude. L’influence de la compétition sur le niveau de stress des sportifs selon la spécificité de la discipline sportive observée suppose une considération de l’approche méthodologique de la préparation des sportifs de performance dans sa globalité à l’égard des stratégies de coping mise en valeurs. Ce constat est confirmé par la présente étude que ce soit pour l’évolution du stress perçu, le style d’affrontement (coping) durant la compétition et parmi les groupes par spécialité sportives Abstract: The aime of this study is to have knowledge of the degree and the intensity of the competition stress on the sportive according to these posts and there sports domain. The researcher used in this study the descriptive way that was adequate to this kind of study. The study was performed on 72 players from différents specialities (volley ball, , hand ball, basketball, athletics , judo) from the first part of different algerian competition .To verify hypotheses of the study the researcher used analyses the strategies of coping. Differences were found between the athletes in the competition. The researcher recomands to focus on the preparation of the athletes to comfort different Methods and to train them on the different state according to the different situations faced during the competition to got last results.

In my research paper I want to talk about Charles A. Beard's arguments, theories, and ideas reflection on American citizen, which is represented by studying his books and articles. Beard is an American historian who iconoclastic studies of the development of U.S. political institutions. Beard thereafter became one of the intellectual leaders of the Progressive movement and of American liberalism. he has many iconoclastic masterwork sparked a deep historical debate that has not abated. Scrutinizing the Constitution in light of economic forces, covers the nation's history from colonial times to World War I, he was criticizing as a perfect example of an introductory history to the United States of America. Moreover, if you take a look at his book you will get that his books has been selected by scholars as being culturally necessary and the important part of the knowledge base of American civilization and democracy. Also he wrote about the Theory of political economy to explain the conception of the US constitution and the consequential balancing of powers.
Contribution à Une Sociologie De Genre Au Maroc Le Mouvement Social Sexué – L’exemple De Hirak

لقد أعادت الاحتجاجات الاخيرة بمنطقة الريف المغربي العلاقة التاريخية بين هذا الأخير والسلطة المركزية إلى الواجهة، ويُفهم ذلك من خلال استحضار المتظاهرين للتاريخ السياسي للمنطقة، عبر حركة بوشتى البغدادي أواخر القرن 19م التي استهدفت قبيلة بقيوة في يناير 1898 ويسمى هذا الحدث في الريف ب (عام أسوكاس ميك تشين إبقوين – أي العام الذي حلت فيه الكارثة بالبقويين) و حرب الريف فترة تشكل جمهورية الريف(1921- 1926) التي انتهت، بنفي زعيمها محمد بن عبد الكريم الخطابي الذي يمثل الغائب الحاضر في الذاكرة الريفية، ثم أحداث 1958-1959( تسمى هذه الأحداث في الريف بعام إقبارن، عام الخوذات، عام نتفاذيسث، عام نتاوريون) التي تلاها إصدار لظهير عسكري يقضي بجعل الحسيمة منطقة عسكرية، واضطرابات 1984 ونعت الريفيين بنعوت قدحية ( الأوباش) في خطاب رسمي من طرف الملك الراحل الحسن الثاني، و كل هذه العناصر تعكس حالة التصدع بين المنطقة والسلطة المركزية المستمرة إلى اليوم التي لم يستطع عهد المصالحة محوها، ولا يختلف الريفيون في أن تجربة الانصاف والمصالحة لم تنجح في طي صفحة الريف على نحو يرقى لمستوى التصالح، إذ تم القفز على الذاكرة والتاريخ ،وصولا إلى 2016 واعتقال العديد من شباب الريف والتسبب في هجرة اخرين واتهام الساكنة بالسعي للانفصال و " العمالة " للخارج التي ليست سوى مفاهيم مقابلة للمفهوم التاريخي الذي وصفت به المنطقة قبل الاستقلال ( منطقة السيبة) ، ما يعني أن الممارسة الاحتجاجية الريفية هي أيضا قــد تـكـون ممارسة ذاكراتية هوياتية محكومة بأطر اجتماعية . وهو ما لوحظ من خلال حضور العلم الأمازيغي( تامزغا) و علم جمهورية الريف(باندو نريف)، واعتماد خطاب يقوم على أسس هوياتية محلية وجهوية: اللغة المشتركة ( تاريفيت)، العرق، والتاريخ الجماعي: محمد بن عبد الكريم الخطابي) و الشعارات التي رفعها المتظاهرون والتشبيهات التي أطلقوها مثل (أر مخزن أحكار، أعديس أوفيغا - في هذا النعت يتم تشبيه المخزن بالأفعى التي لا يمكن النجاة من شره)، بالإضافة إلى "مبايعة الاحتجاجات" إن هذا المعطى هو الذي يفسر، إلى حد كبير، الدافع وراء اختيار موضوع هذه الدراسة، إذ، يظهر أن التركيز على العامل التاريخي يكتسي أيضا، أهمية بالغة لفهم رهانات الاحتجاجات والابتعاد عن التفسيرات ذات البعد الأحادي القائمة على التركيز على الأبعاد الاقتصادية والاجتماعية ف
Digital Citizenship Values In Algerian Second Generation Textbooks : A Content Analysis Of Third And Fourth Year Middle School Second Generation Textbooks Of Civic Education

While there are various types of teaching and learning materials, textbooks in print form have been crucial specific tools in the education process. These reliable resources are designed to meet the needs of a specific generation in a specific era. Today’s students’ needs; abilities and interactions are much different however. Given their interaction with digital technology and extensive use of social media sites, today’s’ students’ digital citizenship values are open to question. Central to this study are second generation civic education textbooks currently used in teaching third and fourth year middle school students and their critical role in enhancing the core digital citizenship values. Using mixed content analysis, the findings reveal the absence of the term ‘digital citizenship’ and the unsuccessful incorporation of the nine core digital citizenship concepts identified by Mike Ribble (2001). Ultimately, role and content of paper textbooks are to be up dated conveniently and therefore some ways to promote citizenship education of the digital environment adolescent learners grow up in are suggested.
Efl Teachers’ Practices Of Blended Writing Instruction

This exploratory case study aims at investigating teachers’ practices under Blended Writing Instruction in terms of the Blended Model adopted, teachers’ instructional process, their role, and their assessment practices in the department of English, in Algiers 2 university. The findings revealed that teachers follow a Rotational Blended Model based on flipped classroom where major instruction is firstly delivered online followed by classroom practice. Teachers’ role is mainly based on preparing materials and assignments to be posted on the platform, and guiding students practice onsite. Assessment is based on assigning online and onsite practice to improve students’ writing. The results of this study are meant to guide authorities to identify the gaps and set effective regulations as far as Blended Writing Instruction is concerned.
A Generic Structure Analysis Of Arabic And English Response Letters To Complaints

Our study purports to examine the generic structure of responses letters to complaints in Arabic and English. A corpus of 80 letters was collected from Algerian Arabic users, EFL learners as well as American and British native speakers of English. The researcher provided the participants with three complaint situations and they were required to choose only one and write a response letter about it. Our analysis drew upon Swales (1990) and Bhatia’s (1993) approach to genre analysis to describe to move structure of such genre. The results revealed that response letters to complaint in Arabic and English adhere to the same generic structure composed of seven moves and twenty-one steps. It was found that several factors particularly culture and the correspondents’ social rank significantly influence the overall structure of complaint letters.
Investigating Efl Students’ Perspectives Of Ict Use In Reading And Writing Skills

Modern technologies including Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) have brought profound changes to higher education. Thus, this study investigates EFL students’ perceptions of ICT use in reading and writing. Accordingly, these research questions have been raised: 1) Are EFL students aware of the potentials of ICT use in reading and writing? 2) How do they use ICTs to enhance these literacy skills? Then, an online questionnaire has been administered to 69 master one students from two universities- Annaba and Guelma. The obtained results have showed that these learners are aware of ICTs significance in developing reading and writing skills and they use different applications, sites and platforms to enhance these literacy skills.
An Investigation Of Note Taking Strategies Used By Efl Learners

The nature of teaching at University requires students to use higher level study skills than those they used at middle and high school. Note taking, particularly, is very important to learn from lectures in the field of higher education. First Year students of English at Setif 2 University are expected to use efficient note taking during lectures with little experience in this skill. The aim of this study is to explore whether students are using efficient note taking strategies during lectures. For that, three research methods were employed under the approach of mixed methods research. These are: questionnaire, observation, and document analysis. Findings reveal that students do not use efficient strategies to promote note taking. Therefore more extensive instruction on note taking should be administered.
L'activité Commerciale Des Ports D'hippone Et De Russicada Et Leur Rôle Dans Le Soutien De L'économie Romaine

Le Maghreb Ancien a été caractérisé par de nombreuses villes portuaires, notamment les villes d'Hippone et Russicada sans parler du rôle militaire, les ports ont joué un rôle important dans l’activation du trafic commercial dans le bassin méditerranéen, où ils ont contribué à la revitalisation de l’économie de leurs villes. Avec la chute de Carthage en 146 A. JC. Les Romains restaurent les ports et les exploitèrent pour servir leur économie, et à partir de ce moment, le port d'Hippone et Russicada joua un rôle important dans l’approvisionnement de Rome en blé africain, en produits alimentaires et en animaux. À travers cet article, je serai présenté aux ports d'Hippone et Russicada et à leur étude comparative et soulignerons leur rôle dans le soutien à l’économie roumaine, ainsi que d’introduire les stations historiques les plus importantes que chaque ville a traversé avant l’histoire à travers le Phénicien et Numidie et enfin la période romaine, cette dernière fois dans laquelle les deux villes ont connu une activité commerciale import Comme le reste des ports maghrébins, les deux ports, ont été une zone vitale qui a largement contribué à la revitalisation de la roue commerciale, et cela a fait en sorte que les Romains y attachent une grande importance par la reconfiguration et la relie à des moyens stratégiques d’assurer l’arrivée de divers produits, tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur, et compte tenu de l’activité commerciale accrue, les ports ont reçu une gamme d’installations vitales, peut-être les magasins les plus importants utilisés pour stocker des marchandises et des produits avant de les exporter, comme le confirment les fresques trouvées dans les deux ports, et d’autre part essayé de développer. The Ancient Maghreb was characterized by many port cities; most notably The Cities of Hippone and Russicada, not to mention the military role, ports played an important role in activating commercial traffic in the Mediterranean basin, where they contributed to the revitalization of the economy of their cities. With the fall of Carthage in 146 B.C., the Romans restored the ports and harnessed them to serve their economy, and from this point on, the port of Hippone and Russicada played an important role in supplying Rome with African wheat, food products and animals. Through this article, I will be introduced to the ports of Hippone and Russicada and their comparative study and high light their rôle in supporting the Romanian economy, as well as to introduce the most prominent historical stations that each city went through before history through the Phoenician and Numidism and finally the Roman period, this last time in which the two cities experienced significant commercial activity. Like the rest of the Maghreb ports, the two ports, have been a vital area that has contributed significantly to the revitalization of the trade wheel, and this has made the Romans attach great importance to it through reconfiguration and linking it to strategic ways to ensure the arrival of various products, both internally and externally, and in view of the increased commercial activity, the ports have been provided with a range of vital facilities, perhaps the most prominent stores used to store goods and products before exporting them, as confirmed by the frescoes found in both ports, and on the other hand, tried to develop a study. .
- Le Retour à L'histoire Dans Le Roman Français Contemporain - Le Cas De Jean Echenoz

Cette recherche propose d'étudier le retour au passé historique (collectif et/ou personnel) dans le roman français contemporain. Cet intérêt réactualisé du roman français pour le passé n'est pas tout à fait nouveau. C'est qu'il remonte aux années de la deuxième moitié du siècle dernier. Mais il devient phénoménal et quasi systématique dans la production romanesque des années 80. Je tracerai un bref état de la question pour ensuite signaler quelques cas intéressants et surtout analyser le phénomène dans les romans de Jean Echenoz. Cet auteur, qui revisite l'Histoire, une fois, par la présentation d'un homme commun 14 et d'autres fois par le truchement de figures singulières (Ravel, Courir et Des éclairs), prend de l'introduction des éléments du passé pluriel un alibi pour reconstituer l'Histoire des personnages. Cette approche romancée » de la réécriture « biographique » a le mérite de renouveler l'exercice de ce genre et de mettre en exergue la panoplie d'incertitudes, de doutes et de zones d'ombres, inhérente à toute tentative ayant pour objectif la fictionnalisation de l'Histoire des personnes. يتضمن هذا البحث دراسة إمكانية العودة إلى الماضي التاريخي (الجماعي و / أو الشخصي) في الرواية الفرنسية المعاصرة، هذا الاهتمام المتجدد للرواية الفرنسية بالماضي ليس جديدًا تمامًا، هذا لأنه يعود إلى سنوات النصف الثاني من القرن الماضي. إلاّ أنّ هذه الظاهرة أصبحت ممنهجة تقريبًا في الإنتاج الروائي في الثمانينيات ، و سوف نتتبع حالة موجزة من الأمر لنشير بعد ذلك إلى بعض الحالات المثيرة للاهتمام و خاصة تحليل الظاهرة في روايات جان إيشينوز. هذا المؤلف ، الذي يعيد النظر في التاريخ ، مرة واحدة ، من خلال تقديم الرجل العادي 14 مرة و مرات أخرى عديدة عن طريق شخصيات فردية (رافيل ، كورير ودي إيكلير) ، يأخذ من مقدمة العناصر من الجمع الماضي ذريعة لإعادة بناء تاريخ الشخصيات. هذا النهج الخيالي "لإعادة كتابة السيرة الذاتية" له ميزة تجديد ممارسة هذا النوع و إبراز مجموعة الشكوك و الشكوك و المناطق الرمادية المتأصلة في أي محاولة تهدف إلى التخيل من تاريخ الشعوب.
Les Corrélations Entre Le Signe Linguistique Et La Réalité

Dans ce travail, nous avons abordé l’analyse des titres selon trois niveaux différents (syntagmatique, sémantique et sémiotique) : le premier niveau concerne la structure formelle de la phrase composant le titre, alors que les deux autres niveaux étudient le sens. D’après ces analyses, nous somme arrivé, dans un premier temps à ce que la plupart des titres sont des phrases nominales qui se caractérisent par la longueur et par la fréquence des adjectifs. A suivre, dans un deuxième temps, l’analyse sémantique des titres qui nous font découvrir que la polysémie des mots, ne signifie pas que les titres sont polysémiques, Parce que la détermination du contexte du titre montre le sens ciblé.
Les Dimensions De La Citoyenneté Organisationnelle Au Sein De L’entreprise Publique économique – Cas De La Sonatrach.

Les entreprises publiques algériennes ont subi plusieurs réformes économiques et réaménagements politiques qui ont transformés par le temps et la dynamique du champ social la culture ouvrière à travers le droit social de travail et les définitions exactes des postes d’emploi. Cela, a permis l’apparition de la notion du "cadre moyen citoyen" dans l’entreprise publique algérienne. A ce niveau de raisonnement, la citoyenneté organisationnelle apparait comme un outil d’intégration au travail et un résultat logique du processus de formation institutionnelle des cadres moyens à SONATRACH, encore plus, la citoyenneté au travail à SONATRACH ; est un processus biographique, structurel, culturel et professionnel.
The Linguistic Characteristics And Semiotic Functions Of Algerian Students’ Facebook Posts

Abstract This paper investigates the Algerian youth’s languaging via the digital social platform Facebook to identify linguistic features and semiotic functions of the digital communication of this particular social group. Facebook, due to its size and popularity, is largely argued by sociolinguists to be a rich context for language investigation and which linguists today cannot deny to be very impactful on language variation. The youths are the main vehicle of language change and main users of technology; thus, youths’ interaction via social digital network can yield rich data about new linguistic and semiotic features which in turn can inform about a new linguistic identity of the young generation and its ideological implication in society. The corpus to this investigation are 180 Facebook posts and comments in addition to data generated from focus group interviews with university students as regards some linguistic characteristics related to their Facebook language. The use of both on-line and off-line data offers the possibility to interpret virtual data from a concrete reality. The Facebook languaging of the youths is analysed from both variationist and interactionist sociolinguistic and also semiotic perspectives. This study reveals that the youths are inventive, creative, and positive; they also vary codes according to different social settings and rely heavily on connotative meanings and satires to express thoughts. Résumé Facebook est la plateforme digitale d’interaction sociale la plus utilisée au monde surtout par la jeune population. L’intersection entre les jeunes et la technologie a crée de nouvelles formes de communication différentes de celles de la communication traditionnelle. La sociolinguistique se tourne d’avantage vers cette communication virtuelle, qui est une source très riche en langage, pour étudier la variation linguistique. Cet article présente et discute les résultats d’une étude quantitative et qualitative qui analyse des publications d’étudiants sur Facebook d’une perspective sociolinguistique et sémiotique. La question principale posée dans cette recherche est de savoir si Facebook est une menace pour la langue et la société. A cet effet, 180 publications d’étudiants universitaires algériens ont été analysées et une interview de groupe a été employée pour découvrir les caractéristiques linguistiques de la langue digitale et les fonctions sémiotiques des contenus publiés sur Facebook. Les résultats ont démontré que les jeunes sont inventifs, créatifs, positifs, alternent entre les langues et les styles selon le contexte et publient des contenus très connotatifs et satiriques.

L’exploitation D’espace Et La Dynamique Des Ressources Forestières Dans Le Haut Atlas Central Marocaine : Le Bassin Du Tagueleft Comme étude De Cas

الملخص: تمثل الغابة والمناطق الرعوية في حوض تاكلفت بالأطلس الكبير الأوسط المغربي، أهم الموارد الطبيعية وجزء لا ينفصل عن المحيط البيئي والطبيعي للمنطقة، فالغابة ومواردها المتنوعة احتضنت الساكنة المحلية التي تعيش في كنفها منذ وقت مبكر قصد الاستقرار واستغلال مواردها، كما أنها تزخر بالعديد من الإمكانيات والثروات التي تدعم الاقتصاد المعاشي المحلي القائم الرعي والانتفاع بموارد الغابة، وحتمت الظروف البيئية الغابوية الرعوية نمطا خاصا لاستغلال المجال وتدبيره كمجال حيوي خضع لعدة تحولات مجالية وتاريخية، أصبحت نتائجه واضحة على الدينامية للحالية للموارد الغابوية والرعوية. Résumé Le bassin du Tagueleft dans le Haut Atlas central du Maroc est un exemple des zones forestières et pastorales connues pour leur exploitation et l’organisation de l’espace, qui ont subi plusieurs mutations qualitatives reflétant le rôle du patrimoine environnemental et socio- environnemental, donc il faut attirer l'attention sur cette question importante concernant l'exploitation du l’espace géographique et ses implications pour la dynamique des ressources forestières et pastorales de la région.
