Abstract

ترصد هذه الورقة البحثية إهتمام الدراسات التاريخية الأكاديمية، من أطاريح جامعية ومقالات علمية بمدونة المعيار للونشريسي. حيث تتبعنا تاريخانية توظيف هذه المدونة في الكتابة التاريخية، من طرف المستشرقين، والباحثين المغاربة بالخصوص وغيرهم، ثم عرضنا المجالات التي وظفت الدراسات التاريخية هذه المدونة فنجدها وظفت في ثلاث عناصر أساسية التأريخ للجوانب الاجتماعية والاقتصادية وللحراك الفكري والثقافي لمجتمع المغرب الإسلامي في العصر الوسيط، ثم تطرقنا لجانب منهجي متمثل في العوائق والصعوبات المنهجية التي واجهت الدراسات التاريخية في توظيفها لهذه المدونة الفقهية.
