أهمية سياسة الإنفاق الحكومي ذو الاتجاه الكينزي في تحسين مؤشرات الإنعاش الاقتصادي في ظل أزمة كورونا - تحليل نقدي لحالة الجزائر -

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل سياسات الإنفاق العام التوسعي الكينزي، واسقاطها على سياسات الإنفاق الحكومي للجزائر قبل أزمة وباء كورونا، من خلال سياسة الإنعاش الاقتصادي، ثم أثناء هذا الوباء. وتم التوصل إلى أن تحقيق التنمية المستدامة لفترة ما بعد كورونا مرهون بتحقيق التوزيع العادل للثروة وتفعيل آليات الرقابة، لبلوغ التوظيف الكامل للإنفاق الاجتماعي والاستثماري. This research aims to analyze the expansionary Keynesian public spending policies, and project them to the government spending policies of Algeria before the Corona epidemic crisis, through the economic recovery policy, and then during this epidemic. It was concluded that achieving sustainable development for the post-Corona period depends on achieving a fair distribution of wealth and activating control mechanisms, in order to achieve full employment of social and investment spending.
