العلاقة بين قضية الصحراء الغربية وتفعيل الاتحاد المغاربي

Abstract

ملخص تحاول هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على موضوع في غاية الأهمية هو موضوع قضية الصحراء الغربية ومدى صدقية فرضية اعتبارها العقبة الرئيسية في طريق تحقيق الوحدة المغاربية من عدمها، وللوصول إلى هذه الغاية قمنا بتحليل مختلف القرارات والمواقف الدولية من النزاع من أجل إثبات صحة هذه الفرضية أو نفيّها. وفي ختام هذه الدراسة توصلنا إلى أن مصالح الدول الكبرى هي العقبة الرئيسية في وجه تفعيل الاتحاد المغاربي. الكلمات المفتاحية: مصالح، الدول الكبرى، الاتحاد المغاربي، الصحراء الغربية. Email: [email protected] Abstract This study tries to highlight a very important subject, the issue of Western Sahara and the credibility of the assumption that it is considered the main obstacle in achieving Maghreb unity, and to this end we have analyzed the different international decisions and attitudes toward the conflict in order to prove or to disqualify this hypothesis. At the end of this study, we concluded that the interests of the major countries are the main obstacle in the face of activating the Maghreb Union.
