التوعية البيئية للمواطن الجزائري: مسؤولية الحكومة أم مهمة المؤسسة الاقتصادية؟

Abstract

تهدف الورقة البحثية الى تسليط الضوء على أبرز الجهات المسؤولة عن تحقيق التوعية البيئية للمواطن الجزائري باعتبار الوعي البيئي النواة الأولى لبناء وتنمية السلوكيات الايجابية تجاه البيئة، في حين أصبحت قضية التوعية البيئية قضية ذات أبعاد اجتماعية، سياسية وحتى اقتصادية. وانطلق البحث من فرضية وجود طرفين رئيسيين يقودان عملية التوعية البيئية ممثلان في الحكومة والمؤسسة الاقتصادية. توصلت الدراسة الى أن نجاح التوعية البيئية للمواطن الجزائري مرهون بتبني مقاربة تشاركية فيما بين الطرفين في اطار حماية البيئة وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة الى جانب تحقيق الأغراض العلنية وحتى الخفية لكل منهما. The research paper aims to shed light on the most prominent bodies responsible for achieving environmental awareness for the Algerian citizen, considering that environmental awareness is the first nucleus for building and developing positive behaviors towards the environment, while the issue of environmental awareness has become an issue with social, political and even economic dimensions. The research started on the premise that there are two main parties leading the environmental awareness process, represented in the government and the economic institution. The study concluded that the success of the Algerian citizen's environmental awareness depends on adopting a participatory approach between the two parties in the framework of protecting the environment and achieving the goals of sustainable development as well as achieving the overt and even hidden purposes of each of them.
