جودة الحياة الوظيفية كمدخل لتحسين الأداء الوظيفي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية -دراسة حالة شركة سونلغاز فرع ولاية المدية-

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة لتبيان دور الحياة الوظيفية في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للعمال بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية –دراسة حالة شركة سونلغاز فرع ولاية المدية-، حيث تم التطرق في بادئ الأمر إلى تحديد المفاهيم النظرية حول جودة الحياة الوظيفية وكذلك المبادئ التي تقوم عليها، كما أشرنا إلى الأداء الوظيفي والمفاهيم المتعلقة به وأهم المحاور المتعلقة به، أما فيما يخص الجانب التطبيقي فقد تم الاعتماد على الاستبانة لجمع البيانات من خلال استعراض المحاور التي تتضمنها جودة الحياة الوظيفية بالإضافة إلى محور الأداء الوظيفي وذلك من خلال طرح أسئلة على المستقصين وحساب مختلف المؤشرات الخاصة بهذه الدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة الى أن هناك علاقة إيجابية لكنها متوسطة بين جودة الحياة الوظيفية والأداء الوظيفي لموظفي شركة سونلغاز فرع ولاية المدية، هذا ما عكسته معاملات الارتباط التي أتت متوسطة، وهذا ما أدى إلى وجود اثر لجودة الحياة الوظيفية بمحاورها على الأداء الوظيفي لعمال شركة سونلغاز فرع ولاية المدية. The purpose of this study is to clarify the role of career in improving the job performance of the workers in the economic institution - the study of the company Sonelgaz branch of the State of Medea - where it was first addressed the identification of theoretical concepts on the quality of the career as well as the underlying principles, as we have pointed to the performance And the concepts related to it and the main axes related to it. As for the applied side, the questionnaire was based on the collection of data through a review of the topics included in the quality of the career as well as the axis of job performance by asking questions to the surveyors and calculating the brain For this study indicators roll. The study found that there is a positive but moderate relationship between the quality of the career and the job performance of the employees of Sonelgaz branch of the state of Medea. This is reflected in the correlation coefficients that came to medium. This led to an impact on the quality of the job.
