Abstract

لقد عرفت البشرية ظاهرة تعدد الزوجات منذ القديم، وسادت في كل الأديان إلا أن الاسلام أباحها وفق شروط معينة لا بد أن تتوفر في الرجل من أجل الاقدام عليها، وبلاد المغرب لم تشذ عن هذه القاعدة من خلال رصدنا للعديد من حالات التعدد، خلال مختلف الفترات التاريخية، إلا أن الاقدام عليها دون القدرة على العدل والاستطاعة المادية خلف العديد من المشاكل الاسرية، رصدتها كتب التاريخ وثنايا النوازل، ومختلف النصوص التراثية، جعلت الكثير يتحفظ على هذا الحق ويعتبره من الحق المعلق. Abstract Mankind has known the phenomenon of polygamy since ancient times, and it has prevailed in all religions except that Islam permitted it according to certain conditions that must be available to men in order to embark on it, and the countries of Morocco did not deviate from this rule through our monitoring of many cases of polygamy, during various historical periods However, taking it without the ability to be fair and financially capable behind many family problems, monitored by history books, crises of disasters, and various heritage texts, has made many reservations about this right and considers it a pending right.
