dc.description.abstractملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف "المشكلات التي تواجه طلبة التربية العملية في تخصصي: معلم صف، وتربية طفل في جامعة الإسراء في أثناء فترة التدريب الميداني". ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة مكونة من خمسة مجالات، تشتمل على (50) فقرة، تم تطبيقها على عينة بلغ عددها (71) طالبًا وطالبة، من طلبة كلية العلوم التربوية في تخصصي: معلم صف، وتربية طفل، وأظهرت النتائج بعد التحليلات الإحصائية أن أبرز المشكلات التي تواجه طلبة التربية العملية (الميداني) بالترتيب تتصل بطبيعة برنامج التربية العملية، والمعلم المتعاون، والمدرسة المتعاونة، وعمليات التدريس الصفي، والمشرف الأكاديمي، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًّا تعزى إلى التخصص، في المشكلات المتصلة بطبيعة برنامج التربية العملية، والمعلم المتعاون، وعمليات التدريس الصفي لصالح تخصص معلم الصف، في حين كانت الفروق في المشكلات المتصلة بالمدرسة المتعاونة لصالح تخصص تربية الطفل، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًّا تعزى إلى المعدل التراكمي في المشكلات المتصلة بعمليات التدريس، ولصالح الطلبة الذين بلغ معدلهم التراكمي: جيّد جدًّا على الطلبة الذين بلغ معدلهم امتياز ومقبول ووجود فروق في المشكلات المتصلة بالمعلم المتعاون، والمدرسة المتعاونة، ولصالح المعدل التراكمي جيّد جدًّا على المقبول، في حين أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًّا تعزى للجنس، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحثان بإعادة النظر ببرنامج التربية العملية (الميداني) بحيث يشتمل على مجموعة من المعايير المحلية والعالمية للتغلب على مشكلات الطلبة المعلمين. الكلمات المفتاحية: المشكلات، التربية العملية، الطالب المعلم، جامعة الإسراء. Abstract: The study aimed to identify "The problems faced by students of practical education: class teacher row, and child education in the University of Isra In the field training period. " In order to achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire consisting five domains was designed and consisting of (50) items, which were applied to a sample of (71) male and female students of the Faculty of Educational Sciences in the following fields: The most important problems faced by the students of practical education in order are related to the nature of the practical education program, the cooperating teacher, the cooperating school, the classroom teaching processes, and the academic supervisor. The results revealed that there were statistically significant differences due to specialization in the problems related to the nature of the practical education program, And practically The results revealed that there were statistically significant differences to cumulative rate of problems related to the teaching process, and for students whose cumulative average was very good for students The results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences due to gender. In light of the study the results, The practical education program includes a set of local and international standards to overcome the problems of teacher students.en_US
