محددات سعر الدجاج اللاحم بالجزائر

Abstract

يعتبر لحم الدجاج مصدرا مهما للبروتينات للمستهلك الجزائري، إذ قدرت حصة الفرد الجزائري من هذه المادة بحوالي 12 كلغ/فرد/سنة خلال سنة 2022. يتميز سعر لحم الدجاج بالجزائر بالارتفاع النسبي والتقلب. وللتحكم أكثر في سعر هذه المادة المهمة يتطلب الأمر تطويرا أكبر لشعبة الدجاج اللاحم بالجزائر لتستجيب لإنتاج وتوزيع الدجاج اللاحم وفق المعايير المطلوبة التي تسمح بالاستفادة من اقتصاديات الحجم وتفادي نفوق الدجاج. هذا إلى جانب التحكم في تكاليف الغذاء والصيصان والمواد الطبية، المستورد أغلبها من الخارج، والتي تشكل النسبة الكبرى من تكلفة إنتاج الدجاج اللاحم، وهذا من خلال رفع مستوى الإنتاج المحلي من مدخلات شعبة الدجاج اللاحم بالجزائر

Chicken meat is considered an important source of proteins for the Algerian consumer, as the Algerian per capita share of this substance was estimated at about 12 kg/person/year during the year 2022. The price of chicken meat in Algeria is characterized by relative high and volatility. In order to further control the price of this important material, further development of the broiler chicken division in Algeria is required to respond to the production and distribution of broiler chickens according to the required standards that allow for benefiting from economies of scale and avoiding chicken deaths. This is in addition to controlling the costs of food, chicks, and medical materials, most of which are imported from abroad, which constitute the largest proportion of the cost of broiler chicken production. This is by raising the level of local production of inputs from the broiler division in Algeria.
