تحضير وتوصيف الكيتين والكيتوزان من المخلفات العضوية و استخداماته

Abstract

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحضير وتوصيف الكيتين والكيتوزان من عظام و أرجل الدجاج، بحيث يعتبر كل منهما عبارة بوليمير حيوي ومن مميزاته :غير قابل للذوبان في الماء، غير سام و قابل للتحلل، تم إستخراج الكيتين و الكيتوزان بالطريقة الكيميائية، والتي تضم أربعة مراحل: إزالة المعادن – نزع البروتين – مرحلة التبييض – مرحلة نزع الأستيل، و تعتبر المرحلة الأخيرة من أهم المراحل حيث يتم فيها تحويل الكيتين إلى الكيتوزان بحيث تكون نسبة نزع الأسيتيل DD% تفوق 75% للحصول على كيتوزان قابل للذوبان في الوسط الحامضي؛ وهذا ما يؤهله لتحضير الهيدروجيل كيتوزان ذو خصائص جيدة، في الأخير تم التأكد من هذه النتائج بتحليلها بواسطة مطيافية الأشعة تحت الحمراء (FTIR) و حيود الأشعة السينية (DRX). Abstract: The aim of this study is to prepare and characterize chitin and chitosan from the bones and legs of chicken, so that each of them is a biopolymer and its characteristics are: insoluble in water, non-toxic and biodegradable. Chitin and chitosan were extracted by the chemical method, which includes four stages: Demineralization - Deproteinization - Decolorization - deacetylation, and the last stage is considered one of the most important stages in which chitin is converted to chitosan so that the removal percentage of deacetylation degree precente DD% is more than 75% to obtain soluble chitosan in an acidic medium; This qualifies it to prepare chitosan hydrogels with good properties. Finally, these results were confirmed by analyzing infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).
