ضوابط المجامع الفقهية في إصدار القرارات المتعلقة بالنوازل المالية -مجمع الفقه التابع لمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي بـجدة نموذجا

Abstract

"الحمد لله رب العالـمين، والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمدٍ وعلى آله وصحبه أجـمعين. يتناول بحثنا ضوابط المجامع الفقهية في إصدار القرارات المتعلقة بالنوازل المالية مجمع الفقه الإسلامي الدولي (جدة) نموذجا. أسباب نشأة المجامع الفقهية وأهدافها وطبيعة عملها ودورها البارز وأثرها الفعال في معالجة النوازل والمستجدات الفقهية المعاصرة عموما والنوازل المالية خصوصا وهو موضوع الرسالة من خلال القرارات التي يصدرها مجمع الفقهي الإسلامي الدولي. وصلى الله وسلم على سيدنا محمدٍ، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين. Our research deals with the controls of jurisprudence councils in issuing decisions related to financial calamities. International Islamic Fiqh Academy (Jeddah) as a model. The reasons for the emergence of fiqh councils،their objectives،the nature of their work،their prominent role،and their effective impact in dealing with calamities and contemporary jurisprudential developments in general and financial calamities in particular،and it is the subject of the message through the decisions issued by the International .Islamic Fiqh Academy - Allah peace be upon his beloved prophet Mohammed،and all his companions.
