Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إىل معرفة أثر التخطيط االسرتاتيجي على حتسني أداء اجلامعة اجلزائري ة ثثل ه يف جامع ة الش هيد مح ه األخض ر ِبل وادي كنم وذج وعين ه للدراس ة وه ذا م ن خ الل ط رح اإلش كالية الرئيس ية التالي ة ه ل للتخط يط االس رتاتيجي دور يف حتس ني األداء املؤسس ي جبامع ة الش هيد مح ه الخض ر، ول جاب ة عل ى ه ذه اإلش كالية اس تخدمنا امل نها الوص في التحليل ي يف إج راء الدراس ة، وق د حل ن اتم ع البح ث م ن العم داء ونواب ه، واألمني العام ورؤس اء األقس ام ون واهبم، ورؤس اء املص ايف يف جامع ة ال وادي، واس تخدامنا أداة االس تبيان يف الدراس ة التطبيقي ة واألدوات اإلحص ائية إلا اد األث ر م ن خ الل توزي ع 421 اس تبانه عل ى ك ل كلي ات اجلامع ة واس رتجعنا 08 اس تمارة ثثل ه لعين ة الدراس ة ويف األخ ري توص لنا أله م نتيج ة كنتيج ة هنائي ة نق ول ان ه هن اك عالق ة ذات دالل ة إحص ائية ب ني أبع اد التخط يط االس رتاتيجي وحتس ني األداء يف جامع ة الش هيد مح ة األخض ر ِبل وادي، واقرتح ت الدراسة أهم توصيه إج راء مراقب ة دوري ة للخط ة اإلس رتاوية وم دق حتقي ق أه دافها واا اذ إج راءات التص حيحية م ن خالل اخلطط البديلة.improving the performance of the Algerian university represented at Shahid Hama al-Akhdar University in the valley as a sample and sample for the study, by asking the following main problem does strategic planning have a role in improving the institutional performance of Shahid Hama al-Akhdar University, and to answer this problem we used the descriptive analytical, We used the questionnaire tool in the Applied study and statistical tools to find the impact by distributing 124 questionnaires to all faculties of the University and retrieving 80 representative sample forms and finally we reached the most important conclusion as a final result, we say that there is a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of strategic planning and improving performance at martyr Hama al-Akhdar University in Eloued, the study suggested the most important recommendation to conduct periodic monitoring of the strategic plan and the extent to achieve its objectives and take corrective actions through alternative plans.
