الانتاج الزراعي في الجزائر وأثره على النمو الاقتصادي الى الفترة 1989-2016

Abstract

تهدف هده الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير الانتاج الزراعي ومساهمته في النمو الاقتصادي في الاقتصاد الجزائري خلال الفترة (1989-2016)، وهذا بناءاً على الأساليب القياسية الحديثة المستخدمة في القياس الاقتصادي والمتمثلة أساسا في اختبارات الاستقرارية ونظرية التكامل المشترك واختبار السببية لجرانجر، والمنهج المتبع هو منهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد استخدم الناتج المحلي الإجمالي كمؤشر للنمو الاقتصادي أما الصادرات الزراعية والواردات الزراعية واليد العاملة في الزراعة كمتغيرات لتطور الإنتاج الزراعي، حيث وجدت هناك علاقة توازنيه في المدى الطويل بين الناتج الداخلي الخام والمتغيرات المستقلة، فضلا عن ذلك تكشف على غياب العلاقة السببية بين الناتج المحلي الإجمالي والصادرات الزراعية وكذلك بين الواردات الزراعية، وعن وجود علاقة سببية بين اليد العاملة الزراعية والناتج المحلي الإجمالي. أوصت الدراسة على الاهتمام بالقطاع الزراعي وذلك من قيل الدولة والمؤسسات الاستثمارية ورجال الأعمال، وتقليل من الوردات الزراعية This study aims to investigate the effect of agricultural production to economic growth of Algeria during the 1989-2016. This based on standard methods of modern developed and economic measurement and essentially detects test, causality test to Granger. And the approach is descriptive analytical. GDP has been used as an indicator of economic growth, agricultural of exports and imports of agricultural and labor in agriculture as variables to the evolution of agricultural production were I found there a balancing in the long relationship between GDP and independent variables. Besides revealing the absence of a causal relationship between GDP and agricultural exports as well between agricultural export as well as between agricultural exports as well between agricultural imports and the existence of a causal link between the agricultural labor and GDP. Recommended the study on agricultural sector by state institutions investment and businessmen, reduction of agricultural imports.
