المقاولاتية ودوها في الحد من البطالة في الجزائر -دراسة تحليلية للفترة (2012-2021)-

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى الوقوف على مدى مساهمة المقاولاتية في الحد من ظاهرة البطالة، من خلال التعرف على آليات دعم المقاولاتية ومدى مساهمتها في خلق مشاريع جديدة من شأنها خلق مناصب شغل والتأثير على البطالة ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالتعريف بهيئات دعم المقاولاتية ومساهمتها في دعم المشاريع المقاولاتية للشباب وصولا الى أثر التشغيل لهذه المشاريع ومدى تأثيرها على البطالة في الجزائر وقد خلصت الدراسة الى وجود تأثير للمقاولاتية على البطالة في الجزائر خلال فترة الدراسة الممتدة من سنة 2012 الى سنة 2021. This studyaims to stand on the extent of the contribution of entrepreneurship in reducing the phenomenon of unemployment, by identifying the mechanisms of supportingentrepreneurship and the extent of its contribution to the creation of new projectsthatwillcreate jobs and affect unemployment. Entrepreneurship and its contribution to supporting entrepreneurial projects for young people, leading to the impact of operating these projects and their impact on unemployment in Algeria. The study concluded that there is an impact of entrepreneurship on unemployment in Algeria during the study period extending from 2012 to 2021.
